  • You've so diligently been charting and you can see your charts are not ideal, but what are they telling you? Why are your temperatures so low or so erratic? Is your luteal phase too short or is it normal? What about the endless positive ovulation tests? Are there signs of hypothyroidism? (Early) menopause? Or PCOS? What about estrogen dominance or adrenal stress?
Your charts have something to tell you... and you want to know what it is!
The Clues in Your Charts 🔎 is a program in which you learn how to interpret your charts for fertility hurdles, just like I do with my patients to decide on the tailored treatment for them.
    Learn more here: fertilityhomeo...
At the end of this program you will know with confidence whether your chart is showing inflammation or a hormone imbalance (and which one) and which steps to take in terms of tests for a confirmation in the form of a diagnosis, and what you need to do next to start restoring hormonal health and optimize your charts for a faster conception.
You'll be able to see from your charts if the fertility treatment you are following or the lifestyle changes you're making are improving your fertility or not so that you can save time and switch gears quickly if necessary.

I’ve been charting for over 2 years and have had one miscarriage and an ectopic pregnancy. I didn’t realize my temps were so low (usually in the 96s before ovulation) until another UA-camr mentioned getting her temps up that I looked into it.
I also saw a video saying you should warm up the thermometer for at least 10 minutes before taking your temperature. Do you agree with that? I have never done that before but usually sleep in a colder room, so I’m wondering if the thermometer isn’t getting enough time to warm up if the AC is on or windows open? I don’t want to give an inaccurate reading by warming it in my mouth before taking my temp, but also wondering if I could be getting inaccurate readings by not warming it up.

If you have irregular periods, can you still get information from charting or can you only get information when you are having a complete cycle every month?

Especially with irregular cycles charting gives a lot of insight for sure!

I’d really like to see videos on NFP/using fertility awareness to prevent pregnancy, especially during peri-menopause. I’ve been very confused by this.
