Hi and great video. But what you didn't explain is how for down the neck should be or how much should be sticking up. That's really what I'm after. If you get a chance please reply back, thanks.

Make sure you check the box to see which, if any, of the corners are square. These boxes are made to be cheap and cigars don’t care about alignment. When you are laying out the lines, find a square corner and always measure from the same side/end to avoid errors that come from out of square boxes!

I wonder if using a dremel tool would work well for cutting those openings.
