In our last video about Little spoon toddler meals I unboxed our shipment for you and gave a brief overview of the company's latest offerings. In that video I received a lot of questions about the intended age group and that got me wondering...how old is TOO old for these meals? Since Little spoon offers a variety of inclusive dietary meals I was able to select a few vegetarian plates to taste test for myself! Aside from the taste I wanted to know if these would fill me up and sustain my hunger. Its also worth noting that these would be the perfect solution for those adults with smaller appetites or food intake limitations. At around 200 calories per plate I feel like this is a great option for those "big kids" looking for a quick, nutrition option. I am eating these now for lunches. I am on a specialized diet and meds for a health reason and I love them.
probably adding some seasoning might help with the flavor. my baby dont really likes blend foods. since he was 6 months i would season his food with spices, herbs etc.
Soak in vinegar to remove red sauce stains 😉
