It's time to make some changes & divide and conquer.
We are a couple who are building our own home from the ground up in the mountains of West Virginia. After living near the city our entire lives we finally decided to sell it all, pack up our 3 kids and live in an RV on our 73 acres while building our own debt free, off-grid house and learning to live a more self-reliant life.
Our house build is documented entirely on our main channel "Wild Wonderful Off-Grid" and our family life vlogs can be found on our secondary channel "Wild Wonderful After Show"
Boy young man really stepped up to help his family. Good job young man. 👏
You too young lady. 🍻
I don't know if Emmys are awarded to UA-camrs, but if they are, you guys definitely deserve one. Great cinematography, great music, great editing, great verbal presentation and repartee, and charm that is magnetic.
Carter working wih his mom the past several weeks adds another dimension to the channel. Glad for Carter or we all know Josh would have already broken Docs rules ;)
You two are just too cute together! Now if we could just bottle up all that love and sprinkle it over the world! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great suggestion… think that is opportunity for the show! Certainly motivates me to be a better person, husband and dad.

Great job - a project like this sure makes you appreciate things - for the rest for your lives you will look at your home and say "we did that" and that is awesome.
E
Is there going to be a 1 million Subs party? You guys are getting closer and CLOSER to ONE MILLION !! WOO HOO !!
It’s not Sunday without WWOG❤️
So glad Josh is doing better and the family is well.
God bless you all
So great to see Josh feeling better. Nothing like a new tool box and trailer to get a guy back wanting to use his tools. Smart move Erin. Then again, you know each other so well that you've figured out what motivates him. That's part of why we have all fallen in love with you two as a couple, parents and family. Now, Leon is trying to figure out how to get himself into a tool trailer.
Erin you are a rock star! I know Josh is so proud of you and the boys!
OMG 😧 at 7:00 almost ran over the cat
Sign the petition. Don't eat Leon!
Couldn't have said it better ❤❤
@@kennypool I think Leon would be a tough ole ram. Besides, he's too much a part of the family!!!
Your boys are growing into young men, not just in stature but by stepping up and helping while Josh continues to recover. Evening view of your tree is a wonderful sign of the coming holiday. Wishing you and your family a blessed Christmas season. Peace.
Is it possible to love people even if you've never met? Every time i watch, you give me confidence, laughter, solutions, joy, tears. Thank you for sharing. Don't ever stop being you, both of you.
@Pruna Adrian-Nicusor.
Awww, sweet comment. I agree 1000% with you.
Painting it dark sounds like a good idea - make it easier to overlook the inevitable imperfections. After all, it's a fence, not furniture! The tree looks good in the dark!
I heard you say about painting your fence black. No doubt to match porch railings. This is a great suggestion, get used diesel motor oil from any truck garage. Diesel oil is more black than gas engines. And slop it on everything. It will help preserve the wood for much longer. You might be able to spray it if warm to hot. We do that all the time, especially on bat-n-board outbuildings. You won't regret it.
All of your children are wonderful helpers. Carter has grown up si much, He's so tall now. I remember when you had just finished their bedroom loft, the were both little boys and so excited to finally have a bedroom!
Boy that young man is doing awesome helping Mom
I love the videos where you work together. Your chemistry is so fun.
❤ ❤
Great job Carter stepping up and helping Mom out when Dad is hurt and healing. Says alot about your character young man. Good Job and keep up the great work.
Josh, I’m so jealous of your tool trailer. Glad your healing good 👍. Erin, your just plain AMAZING, you are so hard working. I wish Santa would deliver a brand new tractor for guys 🎅🏻🎅🏻🎅🏻🙏🙏
Here's an idea. Run roof guttering along the bottom of solar panels and discharge into a stock tank from TSC for livestock water.
Hello and thumbs UP to Wild Wonderful !! Happy Sunday everybody !
Carter rocks! With his regular farm chores, school work, and just being a teenager, he finds time to build a fence with his mom. Don't forget Hayden, his chores, school work, and just being a kid, he helps keeping his little sister happy and safe. Great young men raised right.
Great editing on this one. That section where Josh is setting up the tool trailer, family on the tractor, and the background music is playing - that was well done. I loved it. Production quality on this is better than any home improvement show I’ve ever watched on network tv.
My hats off to Carter. He has really stepped up to the plate with Josh on the sidelines. What a great kid! All of your kids are awesome!
I, for one, think it's awesome how your fence follows the topography. Sure, you could have forced the fencing into perfectly straight lines, or curved it over the contours, but this will look better than all that. 🙂👍
Don't worry about the posts & fence being to straight. Do it Mother natures way.( There is very few straight lines in mother nature.) Idea just in case, paint the fence camo! 🤠🌲🎶🌲
It’s good to see Josh feeling better and back working. The fence and railing is looking so good. Your place looks awesome. 👍👍👍❤️
11:05 Finally, Erin has learned how to multi-task. Hooray for Erin!!!
Absolutely love your deck design, it looks grand and is the perfect scale for your house.
Great and innovative cinematography! The award goes to Erin!
Josh pushing hard because winter is coming. My back hurts to watch Josh running around. This is a picture the love you guys share and the kids respond beautifully to it. Their lives will never be the same.
Consider putting a GPS tracker on the tool trailer - just in case someone else “borrows” it
Great job! And your kids seem to be stepping up to the plate. In this time it is nice to see kids helping.
Old trick for helping wooden fence post last much longer is to cut a slight angle off the top of the post and apply some rubberized sealant on top.... The post will be sealed and shed water👍
You are doing great, you should be so proud of yourself. Love and holiday wishes from our family to your's xxx
The tree looks great in that window! You guys are great.
I think the fence looks better with the seams covered, too! Good work. I'm glad Josh is on the mend, but still being cautious.
Love how the kids step up to help. What a beautiful family. Erin you are doing so awesome. Glad to see Josh moving much better. The place is looking better each week. Thank you for the videos. Hope you all have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS.
You all please take care and be safe
The tool trailer is a great time and tool saver. I have found over the years that the time spent in organizing tools etc. has been time well spent and has given back great dividends. I will confess that there have been times that I have to call a time out and regroup in the middle of projects to put things back in order and then have at it again. Good job guys! The love that this family has for each other is very heartwarming. The home schooling continues in the "out of doors labs" with very valuable lessons that will become permanent life skills.
Keep it high family!!!!.
What a wonderful accomplishment for you guys! I feel like a proud papa and all I am doing is watching your guys work. Thanks for sharing your dream with us.
Looking wonderful, your finished fence looking Great!Erin does it again, good job and of course Josh whose recovering quite well. Great work everybody!
Tool trailer suggestion:
1. Chain Trailer to good-sized tree. (Alarm?)
2. Install 12 LED lights with a connection to Trailer/truck, Cabling lights switchable
to AC to DC power supply.
3. 120 15 amp weatherproof socket outside of the trailer feeding to fused 120
outlets and connection to 120 to 12v power supply for running lights off of AC.
I love seeing how you all get along , you can see the love with out the word love coming out ... Halleluyah!
Those planks above the level of the fence, would've looked good with lights strung across them for Christmas. Of course now the railing is up, you could use that.
Really happy to see Josh back in the picture. Erin did a great job at keeping the momentum going on the build. But have to admit I was a bit sad watching her without Josh, since this was a mutual build from the start. You guys are a great working team as well as parents. Love you guys!
I am so impressed to see how Carter has stepped up to help Erin which has done a phenomenal job, plus how Hayden stepped up to take care of Josh.
Erin, as a single mom who had to do everything myself, I’m so proud of all you accomplished on your own. Well done! Also, Connor did a fabulous job stepping in to help 😁. Josh, love the trailer!
Wow! Video Queen, I love the "four" Erin's cutting post boards all at the same time. I can only dream of videography as to what you have learned. Good job Erin.
Great episode you guys! And congratulations to the esteemed Frank, on his much-deserved promotion from an 'extra' to a member of the cast!
Thanks for taking me along. Glad Josh is doing so good💪💯👍 Erin had it handled though! 😸
Not that I'm happy with what happened to Josh, But, it may have been a blessing in disguise for Erin. Now she is more confident and can do things by herself. This could pay BIG dividends in the future
You both should be very proud of yourselves. Taking bare land and making a HOME out of it is, in my opinion, AMAZING. Way beyond anything I'd be able to do.👍👍👍
Stunning, in 40 years from now you will have so much to look back at and be so proud of and so will your children.
My first fence project....I dug holes. My second: I rented a gas-fired auger; TOTALLY worth it....and FAST!!
love to see how your oldest son, just in there helping he has a warm and hymble heart so presious, may God bless him and keep him with a humble heart. Erine dont be to hart with your self, your doing a good job and your husband is proud of you♥️🙏

Nice to see the big guy back at it, kudos....
....I've been watch'n yall for a couple years now and words dont describe how much you inspire me.
Nice and easy Josh, good to see you back in action! The family came together while you were down. The mobile workshop looks great!!!
Welcome back Josh, glad you're feeling better. Erin, absolutely outstanding job!
That's what this job needs. 4 Erins. You go girl! Can I say that?
Erin, you should be so proud of Carter and how he has stepped up to help while Josh was Recovering!!
It’s nice to see Josh moving better too ! I’m sure you’ll be glad when you can put down your ‘ contractors hat ‘ and be the ever present assistant again !! You deserve a vacation, woman !!!
The house and property look fantastic! Your family has accomplished so much ! ❤️👍👍
Carter, you are such a great help! WTG champ👍💞
Afternoon Josh and Erin and family. Wow so nice having a another interesting video. Hopefully all is well. Greetings from Jamaica 🇯🇲🇯🇲🙏💯
One love
14:30. The ha-ha used by great English country houses had the same idea (a 'ha-ha' is a sunken fence, a fence in a trench so as to keep out the livestock without spoiling the view).
Erin, I wondered how much "you doing the work" the past few weeks played into getting the tool trailer? Josh answered that. Good call Erin, a win-win for you both. Glad Josh is feeling better. Never let a good crisis go to waste........you all surely didn't.
Excellent job! You have really done yourself proud! Glad Josh is getting better, but you got this girl!
Yall do great work separately but are unstoppable as a team. Super inspiring!
WOW, Look how far you have come. What an amazing journey so far, you guy's rock.
Erin you are brilliant, You have done an amazing job, What i love is that you can turn your hand to anything, You are a real trooper. I am so glad that you had help doing the fencing. You are a lovely family.
Think of all the twinkling Christmas lights and Garland you can put on that fence
Great to see Josh moving about so much better. Erin, you and your son make a Great team. The fence looks really nice. What is the sheep's name that was laying with Leon by the tree? It sure is a pretty one. 💞
Stay Happy 😂 Safe and Healthy everyone 💕
It's like a painting with a dark central theme....you need those lighter elements along the border to frame it properly and provide the contrast that actually highlights the the object of attention...the house...
When you started your deck footings I thought you were really going overboard but I can tell it was well thought out and serves multi purposes and doesn’t distract from the house the background. Well done! I really dig the charisma that you all have! A joy to watch your progress!
That’s quite a set up for a pair of channel locks.😄
Good to see Josh back at it. Great seeing all of you again. Boy is your Eldest Boy really going at it and really working with his Mom.
Your family is the best!
Good Almost Heaven Afternoon to y'all!!
It's absolutely amazing how far along that you guys have come. The house/home looks FANTASTIC!!
You go girl! My aunty has been a carpenter extraordinaire my whole life. She builds the most amazing furniture!
Enjoy the warm December weather. I’m getting a lot of outside work done as well on my property in West Virginia. Gotta take advantage of it while we can!! Have a happy holidays to you and your family!!
Poor Joshie! Good job Erin! We are proud of you both!❤️❤️❤️
Erin, I know you just let Josh win getting inside first! lol!❤️ Everything’s looking so good.
Great job Erin Great Job Connor 👏 Glad to see you’re on the mend Josh! 😁👍
I've watched you since your foundation posts. I can't tell you how much I love you guys because of the love you have for each other. I don't think what you have done would have been possible without the love, hardworking and respect you have for each other. I am beyond impressed!❤
You can only do so much with fences. Put them in, and then the ground will adjust, and the fence will adjust. Eventually the fence will have to be redone or at least repaired. That's normal! Your fence looks great!
The level of how all of you work together ❤❤the kids are just stellar everything looks amazing and the double cheat at the end 😆 dinner duty for the both of you 😁👍have a great week thanks for the sunday share🙏✌
I have a tool box like that and made labels for each drawer. Magnetic tape with adhesive back to write what is in each drawer. That way it can be changed if you want to switch items from one drawer to another. Makes it easy for someone to find items when your on the roof and need a certain tool.
So great to see Josh is feeling better. Something so awesome about having the tools all organised and in place. So great to see the pair of you working together again. But hats off to Carter for helping so much, what a decent young man he is.
I look forward to these videos every week. Thank you for always letting us into your world x
Good to see that Josh is back on his feet and not feeling too hurt to have fun with his lovely wife. Nice job with the tool trailer. Wish I had one..
Great job, I love how you guys all work together. You have great looking kids. And your son has really stepped up in helping out. Oh and that cat almost bought the farm. lol 😂
OMG MY HEART!!!!! My chest seized and everything. Was a close one.
It does my heart well to watch a great family love on each other.
Great times guys! Thanks so much for sharing your adventures!
My god! High winds to say the least. Are you doing ok and well? Were you spared from the tornado and storm that hit so hard? You must be really close to the wide path it took. Thinking of you and pray that your place was not damaged in any way 🙏
Good to see the team back in action! Way to go you to the whole family!
Post holes, I use an old hand ice auger.. that is now my go to !!! For all holes!
Simply stated y’all are an awesome family that has accomplished so much. A joy following along as you work on that dream… 👏👍
Looks great glad to see Josh is back up and doing well .I love your videos .and the the whole family helps in the video.
Jush It’s great to see you feeling better and back to your old self. You And your wife have built a beautiful house together I hope you and your family have a merry Christmas and a happy new year
Smart move on cascading the deck so the railing didn’t obstruct the view! Very well thought out.
Not to take away from the great work that you both have accomplished, but I sure would like to see your Christmas Tree in one of your videos. It looks huge and I love huge Christmas trees. God bless your family and have a Merry Christmas.
Wonderful! Everyone has stepped up. Damn! Almost ran the cat 🐈⬛ over 😅. Welcome back Josh. You all stay well.
Well done Erin happy Christmas 🎄 from Ireland hope josh gets better soon love your channel 👍 and videos lovely family 👪
You almost run over the kitty with the trailer.
I've known 6 dogs laying in front of tires that were run over by not checking nothing was under them.
You're an inspiration Erin.
