Beautiful!
I see you cleaned up both ends of the sprouts. They are then known as silver sprouts.
Makes a difference in taste & texture.

What are the ingredients for the dipping/dressing sauce?
Would also like to know this.
Using whatever choice of measuring tools depending on how much you want to make. But that same measuring utensil measure out 4sugar, 3water, 2 lemon or lime and 1fish sauce. Add your amount choice of 🌶 and garlic crushed or diced. For darker color you can caramelize your sugar.
It can be with chicken?
What brand of rice noodles do you use?
Hi, it looks delicious, everytime when I cook noodles, it's sticky or wet even after long time draining, what's the brand or type of noodles you uses usually, Thanks
I just saw a tip from another channel (Marion's kitchen) saying that the best way to prevent the noodles from sticking is to soak them in room temp water for a few minutes before cooking. Hope that helps!
Mère et fille, trop jolie!!🥰
Does someone know how the dipping sauce is made?

Hi i think u hav made an error!
U mentioned.hoisin sauce n your.recipe showed oyster sauce.
Cool bon en français elle serait top mais j'ai compri comment faire 😂😂😂
Favourite Vietnamese dish. Although when you go central Vietnam they put this peanut sauce shit on it. I just like it with the nuoc mam!
Um.......way to sound like a booger. In Sai Gon they don't have any peanuts, or at least you don't see them if you don't ask. Peanuts are why I hate Thai food.
@@isorokudono Hi Roland, are you aware that Saigon is not in central Vietnam?
@@tommercer8595 Yes, BOOGER. I've actually been to Vietnam. It's my wife's home country. Dumbshit.
@@isorokudono Lol why are you so emotional? Sorry it's just you were incorrect on two fronts. Firstly you suggested that Saigon was in Central Vietnam. It isn't. (Pretty basic knowledge really). Secondly, you went on to say that you don't see peanuts in Vietnamese cuisine. Yes you do. Mi Quang, Bo La Lot, Hen Xao to name a few. I feel really bad for your wife, but I think you should learn something from her, as oppose to just using her. Before you do that though, go outside and get some air. All the best Roland x
@@tommercer8595 Apparently you can't read. I said nothing of the sort. Show me where I "suggested" anything,
