there is a very good reason for this. elder scrolls games are set in a fantasy setting with small villages and castles where settlements are far apart and not too crowded so you do need a reasonably large world map to fit everything in. the ruins of a densely populated city allow for content to be grouped much more closely together so making the map big just for the sake of making the map big would be a waste of time.

Hey, I don't know if this is a little detail or something you probably didn't know about skyrim, but I just watched something interesting. im sure you know about the two rich folk that travel around skyrim with their bodyguard looking for Vittoria Vici's wedding. I was expecting a brawl between the bodyguard and the city guard, but no, they were just able to walk right on into the city gates past 3 guards

Homeplate, the Synth in the Theatre, CC Neon Flats and CC Noir Penthouse. Homeplate. If you place a 2 story bes right in front of the ladder to the roof, it can happen that the game places you in the wall if you try to enter through this point and you can see through the ceiling down into Homeplate. With a bit jumping and running you can glitch through entirely. How ever if you face the direction of the Red Workshop you can see an image/modell of Homeplate. Furthermore if you look up you can see that the trailer on top of homeplate was at one time intended to be part of the interior cell and still is. To a degree you can even build in this areas. Neon Flat if you push a sitting bench or couch, with a rug through the windowed wall, just so that you still can interact with it, you can glitch into the surrounding Good Neighbor Cell wich has plenty of resources and non interctive NPCs. It is its own cell besides the Good Neighbor Cell. Which you than can run around and build. Trying this method on the Noir Apartment showes you a low reselution Boston and you will be pushed back inside. At least if you want a bit of weirdstuff go to the small theatre where the single Synth hides in the group of mannequins on stage. After entring the theater look to the left. There is a Nuka Cola Machine, just run through the wall on the right side of the machine. Its not rail 9 3/4 but somehow playing with portals... If you dont trust me throw a grenade first.
The raiders painting the skyscraper could have been the original plot line to getting paint for abbot of the wall in diamond city, since blue is an ingredient in green paint

I once found something really wierd. If you go to the ocean and continue onwards, after a while past the world border you'll find a gigantic ship at the bottom very far away. It's really wierd because of its size, its not high quality but definitely an understandable model and how it is really imposible to see otherwise. It's crazy because it's a model I don't think you get to see in the game because it's nothing like the other ships you see in the ports or in Far Harbor. Wouldn't be surprised if it was some sort of cut out content
I just found that if you use a jetpack in goodneighbor to get on the roads above and follow it out until you drop through it you'll be in a limbo area where alot of things don't spawn in including the boarders.

When you're so early it feels lonely in the comments...

I was really hopeful about the outhouse having something resembling Shrek that would burst out of it when you got close.
Top 5 Out of map secrets you missed in *REAL LIFE*
1: Mars
If you leave the Dev's intended barriers for the playable world space, everything becomes a Kill Barrier
2: happiness
3: Wealth
Well, that was curious! I like how, even in a secret developer room, they can't resist setting up silly tableaus. And that explorable island cut off from everything else. . .cut content? But why? Looks just fine to me. . .

Hey, I don't know if this is a little detail or something you probably didn't know about skyrim, but I just watched something interesting. im sure you know about the two rich folk that travel around skyrim with their bodyguard looking for Vittoria Vici's wedding. I just watched those two and their bodyguard (who is dressed in full imperial armor) walk right up to the gates of Windhelm (you know, capital of the Stormcloaks and the last place you wanna be wearing imperial armor in) and nothing happened. I was expecting a brawl between the bodyguard and the city guard, but no, they were just able to walk right on into the city gates past 3 guards
I should be able to delete a thumbs down instead of a comment or thumbs up.
Great job as usual!
All the best to you and yours!
I do want to point out that the Atlantic Offices can be added back into the game thanks to a mod on the Nexus.
Hey Nate I love your content and I’ve used some of your Skyrim videos to get better at the game
I've painstakingly searched high and low on far harbor for all the garden gnomes I could scour, only to hear in your first entry on this list... That I will never be able to do that.

Nice video! I don't play on pc so I can't use console commands so it's nice to see these secrets I otherwise couldn't
What Skyrim dlc is this?
9:44 "This place is obviously unfinished".
Can also describe the entirety of Fallout 4.
The raiders painting the skyscraper could have been the original plot line to getting paint for abbot of the wall in diamond city, since blue is an ingredient in green paint
The first one may have been cut content
The unused financial building with the painting raiders may have been an alternate location to get green paint for D-town. :o

10:57 you don't need to kid about the Atlantic Offices getting an update.
It's not exactly creation club, but is available in the free mods area.
The power armor in the 5th one is a T-51 model not T-45
I always look at fallout 4 and think wow so much work and love was put into this game then I look at 76 😂
Your not going to see this commenet but i hope you know that your have helped me during my own mental destruction❤

"Fallout 4 isn't a true fallout game." And now we know why. They spent the whole development process in test cells trying to send poor Jangles to the Moon with the old patented Halo Grenade Jump...
Do I blame them?
No. No I do not 🤣
Thanks for taking the time to correct yourself :)

But a settlement needs your help. I’ll mark it on your map
Wow Nate uploaded :D this has been an amazing day
I just found that if you use a jetpack in goodneighbor to get on the roads above and follow it out until you drop through it you'll be in a limbo area where alot of things don't spawn in including the boarders.
I remember back in the day I used to check out the test cells they leave ingame and throught it was so fun! ToddTest was what they called the cells
The Power Armor at the button of the Sea, next to the crashed Vertibird in Far Harbor, is a T-51 PA, not a T-45 PA as mentioned in the Video. ;-)
This is one of the best videos you made since some time, even if we considering all your videos excellent 👍🏻
I know of is a sunken cruise ship in the waters of the main game. It's super weird that such a large set peice is just out there with no use. I bet it would have been a fun mirelurk dungeon
These videos have caused me to start playing fo4 again........ thank you
Oh tod Howard will talk all right ...
