Question: why are 1+ million immigrants allowed to enter the US without being medically researched, for covid or any other transmittable disease, nor required to get the covid vaccine before being transported all over the country? While immigrants going the legal way are required to get all this medical research plus vaccinations done before being allowed into the country? It looks to me like this is not a matter of national safety and health?
What about CR1? Can they get religious exemption?
We started the health exam in US and the doctors wife died, so he had to put off the second part. This put us behind the October 1st deadline for covid vax.
They could not verify something on her records as well, and failed to mention she could have had a simple blood test to move forward and complete the process before the October first deadline.
We have been in this process since 2018 and have had what we feel like has been targeted setbacks. We provided proof of being together on the same plane, several plane tickets and they still set us back with request of extra proof.
I am pretty distraught about all of this, did not sleep at all last night, because it feels like they trapped us intentionally. We had conversations at the start stating we wanted to clear the exam before the October 1st deadline.
Any help would be appreciated.

bad ider to w8 with the vaccinations i had to get one that took 3 times and was lasting over 3 mounts so ya happy i got mine just cant get the corvid one before i fly hope thats not gonna be a problem i can get a test tho

My husband is in Hatit but can he get vaccinated to come on a cr1 Visa when he go to his medical exam we are married so he will be gone for his interview should he get vaccinated when he go to his medical exam for his interview

I don’t know about other countries but my friend just had her K1 medical exam in Mexico City and the vaccinations the “recommended” totaled $700 US Dollars. I think my fiancé will wait and get them for free here with my health insurance 🤔
If your fiance is from another country then for her K1 visa to be somewhat approved then she must do her medical at her country because the embassy at her country will want to see it at her interview.
so wat? I’m not sure that’s accurate, my fiancé is from Venezuela living in Mexico. Two of her friends just completed the process, also in Mexico. Neither of them had any issues having their exam done in Mexico City. None of them had to return to Venezuela.
That's expensive! Did you contact the approved Medical examiner?
Even in Canada it was only around 200 dollars for me( I was not working at that time)
So at the medical interview the person takes bloods and determines if you need vaccines thst you've already had of your medical vaccine cards have been lost? Is that correct? Thankyou
Yes that was my experience. I had to take only 2 vaccines based the test results.
One exception is that you ARE required to be fully vaccinated for COVID before get to the medical exam.

I remember Ell saying they didn't either and were using you as the 2nd sponsor or something for the household. That's why they had you there before as it boosted the household income to show she would be supported and didn't need govt assistance
Great information, So in short that it's not required for the immigrant and us citizen spouse to get a covid-19 vaccine when they go for their marriage base adjustment of status Green card interview right?

I don't want to re have vaccines I've had because I am worried it will chromite my health at this point in my life so what if my antibodies ae low due to auto immune low thyroid?
You can apply for a vaccine waiver based on a religious exemption. For more info on that, just research around on google, UA-cam and Facebook groups
