I’m considering marrying my bf. He is working for me as an independent contractor overseas. . We have dated for 4 years. We have a 31 year age gap. Would him working for me hinder or help our approval.
You can use the time you've known him and dated him as evidence that you have built a relationship over a significant period of time, rather than meeting a stranger and jumping to marriage. I doubt that would be used against you, many find their partners through work.
Nice Information. It would be very good of you to let us know regarding filing I-751, the USCIS mentioned to give federal and state tax return . anju kamboj I don’t remember all the questions but I do remember the officer asking me when I started my application. Back in 2018 I was denied entry into the u.s. they brought this up so I had to explain
We had our marriage interview today and the agent stated my husband was listed as married in his visa application when he requested a tourist visa to America and it listed a female name. That is incorrect, my husband was never been married and I don't know who or where that entry was made in error. The agent refused to show us the document in question. She did not confirm that information with the City Hall of my husband's country nor did she ask us if we had proof of him being single prior to our marriage, which we did. His consolar ID issued 1 year prior to our marriage shows him as single. She did not approve our petition, she said she would contact us IF she needed additional documentation. Is the agent allowed to make a decision without a previous certificate of marriage and solely based in erroneous information on an application??? What can I do? Why did she refuse to show that to us? For all I know she could have made it up entirely. What can we do???

Why would they be stricter with gay couples? That would be discrimination. They need to take into account that gay couples will be different in some cases. Age differences average greater, gay couple may not be out to families, families and some friends may not attend wedding since the couple may not be out, etc.
Hello. I hope someone could lead me towards the right path. My sister's husband married her so he could come to the usa. Shes a usa citizen but currently living abroad and waiting for her husband to get a job and buy an apartment etc..... now she needs him but hes sort of backing off. They have been married for 3 years. And the number 1 biggest problem is that she was sort of a special child. Now an adult btw. If she was 100% normal, this wouldn't be happening. So he basically used her. Is there anyway he can be deported?
If she is the U.S. citizen, why is she living abroad? They are married and he is in the U.S., so why in the world are they not living together? Does he have his green card? If so, for what reason would he be deported? If he has already gotten his green card, then no, he cannot be deported, because there is no grounds to do so. They are still currently married, and I am assuming he has his green card, so he has a right to reside in the U.S. After a green card is issued to a person, it is too late to cry fraud, and get it revoked, as fraud would be very hard to prove at this point, ESPECIALLY being that they are still currently married.
You sisters husband married her so he could come to the us. That sounds like fraud already and theyre not even living together. Sounds like hes been living in the US as an illegal alien. Doesnt appear that they even filed for an adjustment of status, much less go to the interview.

Simply start by reading on the US CIS website marriage based visas. It will guide you and the process of fairly straight forward but if you can afford a lawyer, use one .
😂😂😂😂omg I didn't mean to laugh but that "B.S" really cracked me up. Just like JK said, she can apply for adjustment of status.

Nezatron ohh great👏🏻👏🏻wht type question they put??
anju kamboj I don’t remember all the questions but I do remember the officer asking me when I started my application.

Hi
Hello Heather Cleveland
Would they be stricter with gay couples?
Doesnt appear that they even filed for an adjustment of status, much less go to the interview.
can you giude me marriage sites in USA or canada. the real marriage sites not just dating ., thanks
