Question... Should the completed I-693 form to be submitted with the initial I-130/130A online form (spouse outside US) online submission or after it's been approved? Especially if no A # has been designated

I got the medical examinations and vaccination done by panel physician in my home country before my fiancé visa interview. Entered USA, got married and filed I-485. I got interview scheduled. Do I need to fill form I-693 and take to my interview?
I have Done medical on oct 23rd, 2020, 12 days later I sent my AOS without medical. Last Friday, I got my RFE for medical, can I use the same envelope and send? It approximately 11 months old and taken only 12 days prior to filing 485.

hello, i want some information regarding form i693. I had my medical examination overseas with no class A and completed all vaccination DS-3025 and one year is not completed. I had my covid vaccination here in united stated. Do I need to consult a civil surgeon and fill again form i693 bcoz earlier it( covid vaccination) was not included the DS-3025. I got the RFE and planning to send these. My attorney charges $250 to send it to USCIS for each member in my family. Can i send it directly ?
Actually, USCIS have changed their procedure for receiving I-693. Even prior to a notice about an interview, they request that you complete the I-693 and express mail it to them first. They only give you a very short window of time to submit it… ~30 days.

They approved my case 2 weeks later and 1 week after that I got my green card on the maill!! 🎉✨ no interview need it in my case ☀️✨ Good vibes to you and hopefully you get it soon!! I came to the states with a tourist visa that had for many years before applying and my husband is citizen, hope it helps ✨

How did you put the I-693 envelope in your application? Did you put it loosely in the padded envelope with the rest of your application or put it in the front like the checks?
I did not include my 693 with initial application. I waited for my interview notice to bring it to the interview.

@@KseniyaInternational claro me pareció entender pero quería afirmar eso, todos mis exámenes se los quedó la embajada en día de la entrevista y luego me dieron un sobre cerrado q no podía abrir hasta que el oficial de migraciones acá lo abriera, en concreto tiene todo USCIS, nosotros enviaremos todos los formularios con el I-485 restantes
@@florbeltrami exactamente, no se puede abrirlos. Los exámenes son válidos por 2 años si los hiciste mientras su aplicación para green card habría estado procesado. PERO si los hiciste ANTES de la aplicación para green card, son solo válidos por 60 días (de la fecha que el doctor los firmó hasta la fecha que USCIS los recibió). Espero que yo haber entendido tus preguntas 😅

@@raghusaranathan2350 if you are sending it with the forms, then there shouldn’t be a problem. Do not send 693 on its own.
Can I write a waiver based on religious and moral convictions and not take the COVID 19 vaccination?
I can send the form in the beginning with other form but go to the doctor when I get the appointment interviews date?
As Ksenia noticed, you can go to the doctor any time between USCIS submitted your adjustment of status forms and your interview. In this case your medical exam will be valid for 4 years instead of 2 years (new amendment from august 2021).

My wife had her physical and medical exam and interview done in the Philippines. She received her sealed envelope and submitted it to immigration once she arrived in the US. She didn't get any paperwork in return. I submitted a Form I-485 now they are requesting evidence Form I-693. Do we have to do the physical and medical exam and interview again here in the US. Hi Kseniya! I was planning on filing all forms with my married name, but when I told the civil surgeon I hired that I wanted to use my married name he said they are instructed to make sure that the name in the forms matches the ID, and that a marriage certificate is not a USCIS allowed proof of ID. Now I'm very confused. Has anybody had this issue? Thank you so much!

If you translate and bring it with you to the correct doctor they will complete the I-693 for you.

I had to pay right away, and also I had to pay in the lab where they took my blood for testing. Typically doctors offices have you pay right away.

I read that in lieu of a panel physician, vaccinations can be performed at a military medical treatment facility by a military physician if you are a veteran or military retiree. Can you verify this or talk to this subject. I would also like to know if you can use a DS Form 3025 in lieu of an I-693.
You can get vaccinated anywhere you wish. As long as you have all the proper documentation that you can bring to your medical appointment so they can make a record of it in your form.
IMPORTANT UPDATE!!!
1. On February 10, 2023 USCIS has issued the following guidance for I-693:
“Save time by submitting Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, when you file Form I-485. We generally consider a completed Form I-693 to remain valid for two years after the date the civil surgeon signed Form I-693. www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/reminder-to-submit-all-required-initial-evidence-and-supporting-documentation-including-form-i-693
2. USCIS is permanently getting rid of the 60-day signature requirement for the medical exam. Beginning March 31st, 2023, a completed and signed I-693 form will be valid for 2 years, regardless if it was completed before or after filing I-485. www.uscis.gov/i-693#:~:text=After%20the%202%2Dyear%20time,States%20on%20public%20health%20grounds.
3. Beginning Oct 1, 2021, COVID vaccine is REQUIRED for anyone applying for a green card. The COVID vaccine is still required as of March 2023.

@@MunchieFreak did you get an RFE for medical? USCIS extended COVID flexibilities to allow to respond to RFEs 60 days after the due date they indicate in the RFE.

Well now you have to wait for your invitation to the interview. You’ll have plenty of time to get your medical done then if they request it. Maybe they’ll send it soon🤷🏻♀️ hard to say these days.
