Hepatitis A & B requires 2 shots spaced 6 months apart, but the medical exam is weeks before the consular interview…
Does this mean the applicant will be delayed by 5+ months, or can they receive the follow up vaccine after arriving to the US?

Is COVID Vaccine a must to do in the medicals? What if you're already vaccined with COVID vaccine from the local health facility do you need to be vaccinated again during these immigration medicals?

Hi MiaTrai. I'm slightly confused on vaccination requirements. My fiancé will be scheduling her medical exam for K-1 Visa process. She is a Philippine citizen with long term residency in Japan. Some information I see is that no vaccinations are required to enter the US on the K-1 Visa, but there is a list required to gain her Permanent Residency (Green Card). Also, the list of vaccinations I see required for the non-immigrate Green Card requirements is shorter and different than those required for standard immigrant immigration. Can you clarify?

You are correct as the k1 is considered non immigrant so the requirement is different, when doing the adjustment to immigrant that will be where you would see likely a longer list.

Yes , because once you've done the xray they'll might see some scar so you need to do sputum. Like me today I just done my xray they saw my scars so they'd schedule me for sputum. I had tb before 2023 done my medication.

Hello I got Section 221(G) letter at interview ( 22nd March ) because of my medical issue ( Sputum Test) but now on 15th May my medical is completed and they sent my reports to embassy so how much time embassy will take to revert back me for next further steps .
