Delicious Baked Mini Crepe Rolls in Cream Sauce That Just Melt In Your Mouth

Delicious baked mini Crepe Rolls in cream sauce. Moist, tender and juicy Crepe Rolls that just melt in your mouth! It’s so delicious that you’ll cook it over and over again!
Crepes:
2 eggs, room temperature
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp sugar
500ml milk, room temperature
190g flour
35g butter, melted, warm
Filling:
400g farmer cheese
zest of 1 lemon
3-4 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
Or (if you don’t have farmer cheese)
400g cream cheese
zest of 1 lemon
1 tbsp sugar
30-50ml cream
Just mix all the ingredients.
Sauce:
3 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
250ml cream
I cooked 12 crepes from this amount and got 52 mini rolls.
Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 25 min. Serve warm! Enjoy!
