Blade thank you very much. I have been having a sequential problem with my gate where it would would for three months or so and then the motor would go quite. Each and every time I would call the Technicians to come and fix it at a cost of about US$ 65.00 The very same problem started about a week ago and I was about to call these chaps but something said I must check on youtube and bumped into your video! Guess what? I just had to replace the fuse which is driving the motor and there the gate is running like a new one! Once again thank you very much!!!
Thank you for the video … I tried to program a new remote and now the old remotes and new remote are not working. The test button is also not working. The motor is just making a click sound. We tested the fuse as well … what can it be? Thank you
Ja. My battery was replaced 2 times over 4 months . Eventually found out it was a brush issue that caused an extra drain on the battery. Apparently, brushes need to be replaced every 2 years
Hey Blade, the amps are working (the green charge light is on), there is no extended clicking sound comming from the relays(the motor fuse is not the issue) , the circuit board seems all good. except the L2 light is on, not sure what that means. so im thinking its the battery, or an issue with the limit control. The gate stopped working after extensive rain, and there were many times when the gates path was obstructed by debri. it worked for a little, stopped working, then started working again. but now it has finally stopped working...
Hi there, watching this because my gate sometimes opens and closes by itself more especially when i open it to walk out then close it, it then opens by itself, and i have to open and close it at least 3 times before it stays closed. i will check my fuses and battery as u have done here, hopefully it works. thanks

What could be the issue if when you click the button on the remote and the relay clicks but nothing happens. The status light is flashing red aswell. I just replaced the battery everything was working fine but when I opened the gate wide enough for a pedestrian to walk through, the gate would not close so I had to obviously close it manually

My status light flashed three times and the gate only opened to about the pedestrian position (remote and main switch in house), and watching your video I thought it must be the two year old battery. I now replaced with a gel 7.2ah and when I used the test button on the PC board it opened and closed fine, within 5min of fitting the new battery. Then hour later using remote or main switch, the PROBLEM of opening one meter was BACK AGAIN. Your thoughts?
hi there, my name is Tony and i have a issue with my gate. it opens to about 90% and stops. closes properly though. i had a problem with the doss unit being dirty and full of ants. cleaned it out and it worked fine for about a month. now it has dropped it's brain!!!!!!!!!! help
Hi Blade, my gate station is not functioning. There is continuity on the cabling from gate station to the Centurion motor & from the motor to the handset inside the house. If I bridge out the connectors at the gate station the bell works. I replaced the gate station to no avail. It would appear as if the fault is on the PCB on the motor. What would you suggest I do to find the fault

After set my gate motor it open open by 1 meter after push my remote a 2 nd time it open a further half a meter Third time the gate Close again. If i oush open on the pc board it open and close normal can somebody assist me please

either it is colliding with something and you need to reset the limits or the pc board is faulty

Its not finding the origin, check is your magnet is correctly placed, because its not finding the limits.

Sorted problem out now magnet on rail came loose and ants in control box. Also gave cog rail a good coat of grease.
