What is the cause for a D5 motor to open and cannot be able to close after putting it on manual still you cannot close the gate
@@gideonadjei4130 When the gate is in auto mode, make sure all safety beams loop are in place.When the gate is manual mode, First make sure you have manualised the gate by turning the round wheel in the direction shown on wheel. If gate doesn't move in manual mode then you will have to open the D5 and service the gear releasing mechanism

Unscrew the four screw holding the lead , that is , after removing the sprocket

How do you top up the oil? Is it through the dipstick pipe?
Yes! Oil top up seldom happens,unless there is a leakage in the machine!

Next service please make sure of circlip pliers to remove the circlip. Not professional.
You should buy and use the correct tools to show people the correct way to do things. A pliers is not a hammer, and a screwdriver is not a circlip pliers. You are a bush mechanic.

Not so informative , the lighting is bad
Just adjust the brightness of your screen you will be able to watch it. However it doesn't show how to dismantle the shaft to remove the doss wheel
