The night photos on the S7 are really really good. Especially when your taking pictures of people, after it has the portrait editing mode where you can brighten faces. I'm really comparing it to my previous note 4 though, I can't speak for the iPhone

It's clear they are trying to downplay the S7 every time they can but images speak for themselves. Not only Samsung's jpg's pictures contain more information but also the S7 can shoot RAW. How can you say that those pale iphone imagines look better? I've never seen a decent photographer to say he likes pale images. Take a look on 500px, most images are saturated and very crisp looking, you rarely see pales lifeless images.
I am neither samsung or apple fan but in this camera test, Galaxy S7 edge won unquestionably over the iphone 6S plus. The bald guy could hardly swallow that reality.

The s6 camera and note 5 camera already destroyed the iPhone 6s plus even before it came out. Now with the s7, whew! just like they said the s7 is a generation ahead. Apple needs to revamp the camera app to at least compete . I like both apple and galaxy devices but Samsung is just killing it in the camera department.

According to DXOmark labs the Iphone 6s is not even in the Top 5 for smartphone cameras and the S7 is number 1. You could sense the reluctant attitude in this video to credit the S7 for having a better camera. It was really tearing at them to admit the 6s was well behind but somehow the S7 won by just a smidgen.

Aside of what is expected (faster processor, better screen, better camera, etc), The iPhone 7 wouldn't be capable of bringing a game changer that isn't wireless charging or C-USB 3.0 port and charger. Real Madrid 3D Touch was the big deal in the 6S. 6S was actually a really good upgrade from the 6 and many reviewers agree. We didn't talk about blowing away anybody, the S7 is only smaller improvements over the S6. The only one that really surprised this year (so far) was LG. If Apple makes a redesign with the iPhone 7 and improves just about everything in the phone, it will keep selling. But the one who started this discussion was claiming that Apple will do nothing and they will still sell phones. Which simply isn't true :)

The video and image stabilization on the S7 Edge is also phenomenal.
I've heard that the Nexus 6P takes much more better pictures than the s7/s7E in low light conditions.

+Hardik Pakhale Very true! But in extreme low-light, the S7 Edge takes the cake! Also, the S7 (edge) focusses always quickly and accurately. The Nexus requires you to hold the phone still and it takes patience. Patience pays off, but ease-of-use is what most people want, and that's what the Samsung S7 (edge) offers.

+Jibreen “JBRHD” Dilmohamud I own a S7 Edge and have to say that OIS isn't that great. It takes a still shot better than any iPhone but if there is a movement in the pic then it turns out blurry, which is something the iPhone 6S does a good job at handling.
kashattack That's not what OIS is, genius. OIS happens when you record video. If you are shaking your phone as you walk or run, the OIS will make it less shaky.
According to DXOmark labs the Iphone 6s is not even in the Top 5 for smartphone cameras and the S7 is number 1. You could sense the reluctant attitude in this video to credit the S7 for having a better camera. It was really tearing at them to admit the 6s was well behind but somehow the S7 won by just a smidgen.

I disagreed with the people in the video couple of time and agreed some of the time. Samsung won a few and iPhone won a few. No clear winner. Super Moderate tv No, sales would fall if they did nothing. 6S is a big improvement over the 6 and so was the 6 over the 5S. So why wouldn't the 7 be an improvement over the 6S?
+Jake There isn't too much to brag about the iPhone 7 over 6S. Aside of what is expected (faster processor, better screen, better camera, etc), The iPhone 7 wouldn't be capable of bringing a game changer that isn't wireless charging or C-USB 3.0 port and charger. To put it like this, Apple really doesn't have a wildcard on this, the 6S's wildcard was 4K, so what could the iPhone 7 do that will blow you away?
Real Madrid 3D Touch was the big deal in the 6S. 6S was actually a really good upgrade from the 6 and many reviewers agree. We didn't talk about blowing away anybody, the S7 is only smaller improvements over the S6. The only one that really surprised this year (so far) was LG.
If Apple makes a redesign with the iPhone 7 and improves just about everything in the phone, it will keep selling. But the one who started this discussion was claiming that Apple will do nothing and they will still sell phones. Which simply isn't true :)

I've been an IOS Apple user for years after being dismayed with the performance of my Samsung Zoom S4 (battery and lagging) but I think the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge will win me back. :)
Funny how the (old) man in this video is trying to justify the weaknesses of Apple iPhone 6S Plus in the camera capabilities but based on actual result of photos from Samsung S7 Edge he just can't deny how amazing and great it is.
got my S7 edge couple days ago and god I so love the camera. so easy and intuitive. I come from moto phone so you can imagine I getting a major upgrade where video and photos are concerned. 📷
You forgot to mention a great feature on the iPhone that is Live photos, which is very useful in many occasions with children and pets.
samsung has it too. just not with 3d touch. actually HTC had that feature 3 years ago but apple fans said it was "dumb". HTC Zoey

For some people that is the most important thing while buying a new phone. I personally as well, this year for the first time switched to Android from iOS, couldn't be happier.

Because iPhone 7 will be 6 months younger than S7, and S8 will be 6 months younger than iPhone 7, and so on? We have to compare them at some point and technically these phones are the same generation actually, since Galaxy S was released right after iPhone 3GS. So iphone 7 will be same generation as S8, not S7.
