Very worn valve guide

Here's a very, very loose exhaust valve on an R100GS at 70,000 miles. The guide should measure about 8.00mm new and 8.10 would be pretty worn, but the ends of this one measured about 8.40mm. The valve stem, though, measured 7.95mm which is like new.
