Complete refurbishment of an apartment

In this second video of my flat in Chigwell, I have completed the refurbishment and managed to bring down the EPC rating from an 'E' to a decent 'C', I've installed a new luxury kitchen and bathroom, changed the heaters and hot water system and had new carpets laid throughout

Mate, I cant tell you how relieved I am at finally finishing this refurb. Its drained me in every aspect. Back to the TR on monday. Hoping to get it fired up this week
