I was just 16 to and I was there and I interviewed Jaco in his hotel after the concert for a local magazine but the interviewed has never been published. I still keep the audiocassette as an heirloom.
Fantastic playing all round with classic Jaco licks and tunes . But that bass ? Looks like a Yamaha headstock ? A Yamaha neck on his fender body ? The man was and is it ! Thank you for putting this up . Strange to hear a rendition of Goldfinger ? Another big melody . In that year I went to a lot of jazz gigs but didn’t see Jaco in London although heard he turned up at Ronnie Scott’s Club and sat in with Art Blakey! I missed that by a week or so . Or maybe that was 1985 . 7.42 seconds in sounds like Balloon Song ? A blast from Fort Lauderdale 1974 ? Jaco is in full on mode and I’m not surprised because he was and is the best .
@@JacoPastoriusArchive the quality maybe wasn’t there, but it was preserving history and educational please bring them back you have diehard fans and followers here❤❤❤❤ you were the only place that I could of found Jaco’s second to last show with weather report - you have the most special channel on UA-cam - don’t give it up I rely on you and others for Jaco’s history Please bring everything back and also add higher quality videos ❤
Thanks, but you still have Music Universe. I think his channel is better and more interesting than mine. I'll remake my remasters and upload them next year anyway.

Jaco is in full flow , he was and is the best ever . Thank you
Biréli is so underrated. He's only 19 in this video. He also plays bass as well as he plays guitar
Wow, thank you so much for posting this!

What happened to your page?
You are Jaco’s history
I'm starting over with less frequent but higher quality uploads. Most of my previous remasters were terrible.
