25 Minute Bodyweight HIIT Workout [FULL BODY] - Variation #1

    How It Works:
    1. There are 3 Blocks. Each Block gets progressively harder.
    2. There are 6 exercises done back to back in each Block.
    Block 1 = 3 reps per exercises, for 3 rounds
    Block 2 = 4 reps per exercises, for 4 rounds
    Block 3 = 5 reps per exercises, for 5 rounds
    Try and work through all 3 Blocks with me. You can repeat the final block multiple times if you want to extend the workout. Or repeat the first Block if that suits your level. P.S. I did a BONUS 4th round in this one after feeling energised.

    00:44 Warm-up

    12:00 Block 3
    17:41 BONUS: Block 4 (I was feeling energised!)

    That was a great workout! Simple but super effective 😅 my last round didn’t quite get to 6 reps haha.
    Also didn’t notice until the end that there was no background music, but you were very engaging and it *almost* made the workout feel somewhat meditative, with focus on each movement.

    Wow, that was deceptively evil. I felt just a wee bit better about myself when I noticed that you dumped the weight for the overhead squats and went to your knees for pushups.
    Thanks for the torture! 😉

      It really does sneak up on your right, glad you enjoyed it. I was certainly burnt by the end, that dam 4th round haha. I've posted up a 2 other ones for variety. Linked in the description.

    I thought your going to do only trx and rezistance band workouts

      Clients really liked these cardio workouts so figured I'd share them to help others too. Better than them just sitting on a an external hard drive! Lot's more building muscle with a TRX vids to come though 💪
