      But he said that the Bulk Powder have 83g of protein in 100g. Thats not true, because a pure concentrate is limited to 80g of 100. WPC 80. Bulk and other brands uses different measurements. But his recipes are very good. He seems to be a smaller guy or are I am wrong?

    Thanks for helping us learn how to be healthier. I use casein for a lot of my breakfast recipes to keep things soft and moist (and high in protein!).

    I generally prefer using all casein or 80% casein for most recipes unless the chef calls for it, but this is a very informative video!

    I've been baking with protein powder for years and been blind. This is the video I needed. Now I can just substitute correctly instead of downloading junk bro recipes from the Internet and hoping for the best.

    If you mix whey and casein does the whey have to be whey concentrate or concentrate/isolate blend? Or can you use plain isolate?

    Hello. I am interested in your cookbook but have a couple of questions. I an currently losing weight on the keto diet, would your cookbook lend itself to that type of diet? I am sure it is worth the amount you are asking, I am in a budget, is it ever offered at a discounted sale price? I hope that isn't insulting to ask. Thank you for the informative videos and your time

    • @Felu
      @Felu  Місяць тому

      Hi, thank you for considering buying the book. To be honest, the book is not suited for people on a keto diet, so if you are on a budget it won't be worth your money I think because it has a more flexibel approach to dieting.
