Well I had doctors telling me that too, simply because the pain , in my case anyway, is caused by the nerves not being where they should be. Remedial massages and yoga have saved me from every day pain. They also say rotation of torso isn’t good but how come it feels so good 🤔
Thank you so much! I am 67 years old and developed scoliosis about 5 years and seems to be progressing quickly. (10 degrees), not to mention, debilitating. Found your video and will try these exercises. Born with scoliosis. I'm 66, swim, bike, yin yoga, former runner and have pain/ severe spasms between shoulder blades and lower back. A retired Dental Hygienist, I thought my pain/spasms was from my work position but retired 3 years and pain increasing. 5 months ago sitting on a concrete bench at an outdoor concert, I got a severe back spasm in my back right side that literally threw me supine. It's affecting my right hip and right leg. I can bike 50-75 miles without pain but sitting, standing, walking (weight bearing) causes pain snd spasms. Leaning forward severe spasms. I went from being able to walk long distance to pain in back, hip and right leg after 1 block. I'm in physical therapy for 1 week now but I am also going to start this program tonight!!! Wish me luck!

So basis common sense and astounding in effect. I had the nagging thoughts my life was over. What would I do? Blessed UA-cam sent me here and I resonated with it immediately. In no time at all, about 5 minutes, with a heat pad, I got right to it. Magic, the pain lessened considerably. I was able to start my day that I thought was gone from me. Maximum thanks and gratitude for putting this out. Your vibe is perfect.
I was cured of my scoliosis after 31.5 years! I fell off of my skateboard at age 15. I have tried EVERYTHING! I thought I would die with it. Guess what ? Last Friday a miracle happened and now I’m cured! My chiropractor is still in awe! It happened as a result of someone grabbing me and picking me up by my ribs! It was an accident! He had no idea what he was doing. I was stretching on my toes and my head was tilted backwards. My hands were reaching up as high as they could. Before I could resist, He grabbed me and picked me up ... we heard loud cracks like never before it scared him ! So when he put me down I was COMPLETELY STRAIGHT AGAIN. I had a severe S curve of at least 32 degrees. I had a 13 mm leg length difference... I’m cured. Now I am a little sore on my rib but I’m soooo blessed! I’m going to therapy now twice a week to keep my hip in place. ♥️♥️♥️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💫💫💫✨✨✨

Thank you for making these videos. After watching your video about leveling the pelvis with a pole i tried it as well was the 2 other stretches in that video and my pelvis is now level for 1st time in years. Im now going to do these stretches in this video for my scoliosis. I'd like to point out that i reduced my caffeine intake down to almost zero just days before finding your videos. Caffeine was causing spasms in my back for years without me knowing it was the caffeine. Please tell people about the caffeine/muscle spasm situation. It has already made all the difference for my issues and is probably key to others but they must be aware of how powerful caffeine really is. Thanks again for your helpful videos.
i hv C shape cure from last 4 days, despite medicine and ventogine massage not getting better, now tried your workout, curve is still there but feeling a bit good. 👍
I like to lay on the floor, on my side. With my feet up on a chair. As you mentioned, keeping the joints stacked and in a line(feet, knees, hips, shoulders). So, you feet would now be elevated. At this point you might feel a stretch in the hips and down the outside of the leg. Now take your arm, using the forearm, raise your shoulder and hear up off the ground. You will now get a deep stretch from the hip up into the rib cage This is similar to the stretch shown in the video (the stretch done with your forearm against he wall). But with this version you get more of a stretch because your legs are leveraged.

Doctor, thank you for this video. I am wondering, would you recommend these exercises also for people with combined scoliosis (or double scoliosis)?
Thank you for all your useful videos about scoliosis!
Wow, that is soooo good to hear! Sometimes miracles happen when we at least expect them💪❤️

I’m very sure the foam roller will help a lot when everyone can do the first 3 stretches in ur video. Is a win win to these excerises if everyone can do them every other day so the body have recovery time. Thnx Dr❤️🏆💪
Are these exercises helpful to strengthen back muscles and correct posture by any chance?

Thanks so much for watching!
i hv C shape cure from last 4 days, despite medicine and ventogine massage not getting better, now tried your workout, curve is still there but feeling a bit good. 👍
Keep at the exercises if you're getting relief, and please give us an update soon!
Wow thank you! A must for scoliosis!
Hope the exercises help for a long time to come, and thanks so much for watching!
You will now get a deep stretch from the hip up into the rib cage
This is similar to the stretch shown in the video (the stretch done with your forearm against he wall). But with this version you get more of a stretch because your legs are leveraged.
Interesting, thanks for sharing!
Thank You Dr. Rowe❤️
