Very insightful, especially what he thought on authors of Beatle books, surprised he put down Peter Brown! Good questions, new answers! Plus insight on how an interview are done behind the scenes.
Don’t think the interviewer picked up on Macca’s comment about Phillip Norman’s book, the interviewer said: “He’d recently written this book about, sh, sh...” and Macca responds “shite!” (7:40). 😂
Haha, I was about to comment on the same thing three years later. McCartney really savoured his little "shite" barb about the rock writer Phillip Norman and his supposed 'insider' take on The Beatles called 'Shout!'. All The Beatles had great wit and sharp tongues when required.

And for the PIAer’s out there who dismiss that there ever was a 2nd Paul with little to no research, there’s mounting evidence that there are indeed two Pauls (and possibly some very minor ones, probably body doubles, many celebrities have them) as the difference between the two have been seen in their music videos, movies, interviews and photos for those who wish to scrutinize..I myself see 7 checkpoints on JPM’s face here that says it’s him, mannerisms too and yes, he may have had plastic surgery done, did he have injuries?
