Triumph TR3A vs.Ferrari Testa Rossa Laguna Seca HMSA Group 1 timed practice

This is my 4th race event with my self built Triumph TR3 and my first event at Laguna Seca. I'm familiar with the track from past motorcycle track days and the 3 day Skip Barber School I ran there back in 2007.
I enjoyed racing with the Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa. It was a once in a lifetime oportunity.
I ran a fast lap of 1:58.3 in this session. Thanks to my brother and crew chief Tom.

....Really like your Triumph....I've been driving mine for 52 years....Way back in the early '70s I cut the top half of a spare windshield frame and installed green tinted plexiglass....Your windscreen brings back memories.....I didn't like it 'cause the wind hit me just above my forehead, I guess a helmet prevents that......It did look good on my silver grey TR3A though (now white)......John (west coast,Can.)

This is a very rare occasion that a Triumph TR gets a chance to compete with a Ferrari. Much thanks and appreciation goes to the owner of this exquisite example of such a fine machine. Any Ferrari with the numbers 250 attached to it's name are the best of the best in my book.
