Almost everything you have said is absolutely correct.
Unfortunately it is an employers market, it's hard to find jobs because of the severe competition.
For eg in a fully closed office based on a air conditioned environment if one employee starts making a demand for open window. Sunlight etc the same shall be considered illogical and for companies it is always better to do away with such employees
If one loses his/her job only he/she suffers the company is quick to bring in your replacement

I can't name the organization...but consider it quite big in india .and toilet were not clean...one person raised this and the management didn't like it

I am planning to retire from private work culture at 32. But medical inflation ki wajah se himmat nahi ho rahi. IT industry was never meant for me. 10 saal ke experience ne poora anxious kar diya hai mujhe. Itni ghatiya work environment hai Indian IT companies mein ki poocho mat.

Overpopulation in India is the main problem for slavery. If every I dian couples produces only one child , less number of people will be availablefor jobs thereby slavery gets abolished. There is urgent need to control population in India inorder tomake India strong. PM Modi neefs to puthis attention on population control, electoral reforms, elimination of corruption in all walks of life etc.etc. in India urgently.
Population rate is reducing in India. Look at Western countries ,they are trying to increase population.
