If you wish to buy a flat for own use & can afford it, you should consider buying it.
Buying a spare flat with white money is not a good idea but buying one for self use is a good option compared to living on rent.

After working in advertising for most of my career overseas, I moved back to India in 2020 (covid) at age 44. The work culture in India was straight up abuse and inhuman, so I have decided to retire early after years of being on the consumerist/capitalist treadmill. Luckily no debts and OK savings, tbh employment has become slavery these days and I had to stop and wonder what I was trading my time/life for? A bigger car? a house? It's all so silly when you no longer find meaning or purpose in your work.

Very enlightening video. I have 10 years of experience in IT and feel burned out already. Majority of people in IT lack a value system and ethics. They are idealists on paper but are polar opposite in reality.

I am 41 and completely burnt out..look at my 9 year old kid and decide to continue slogging. I dont know what i do why i do and yes...i go blank too...13-14 hours of work day...continuously changing technology...office politics, rude amd shrewed ppl.... man...whats happening
