We wanted to show you what its like on The One2One Diet. We started step 2 together on Tuesday 4th May 2021. This is our 4th week results - 100% on plan.
James did 3.5 full weeks on plan before his birthday weekend away.

Gone into my 4th week today, lost 3 1/2 lb my 1st week, today only 5 3/4 lb lost total. I am so disheartened and disappointed.. I am on step 1 b, will give it one more week but think I am going to give up on it. £77 per week, wouldn’t mind if I was losing but not worth all that when only losing 1 1/4 lb last week and 1 lb this week. I enjoy the products and have followed plan 100% and drinking the required amount and some days more. You ands your brother have done brilliantly.
Hello lovely, are you drinking enough water? Perhaps you’re too active for step 1? There are so many factors. Any medical conditions? Medications? X
