ANYONE can be a single digit handicap simply by learning to keep score from this pencil whipping dufus.
I've really tried to get some enjoyment or value from these videos.
    But I can find none.
    He's annoying,
    He's condescending,
    He's completely egomaniacal.
It's better to be good to play with than to play good.
Do you believe that this guy would be good to play with ?
    Neither do I.
I will acknowledge that his general determination of shot selection is usually sound.
Something about him makes me want to beat him like a drum.
I'm sure that the way his annoying personality effects his playing partners is one of his great strengths.
Not being able to tolerate his asinine behavior would be a concern for me.

    Hi Matt,
As a general rule, if you take a penalty drop it's usually 2 club lengths, no closer to the hole.
Free relief is typically 1 club length, no closer.
You shortchanged yourself on the unplayable, that extra club length would've changed your lie and available lines to better spots for the next shot.
Knowing the rules/options can help all of us in certain situations.
    Just FYI.

@GolfSidekick I tried to tell him to get a membership and learn 1 course. He insisted that he doesn't want to keep playing the same place. Yet, he expects to go out and carve up every course with Stokes Gained mentality. Pros never go in cold. They play a practice round and caddies have every square millimeter mapped and plotted out.

18 is a long freaking time to concentrate and execute. Even Bause-n-Chief, at home course, ain't perfect. Whatajob grinding out with short game and ParDogg putter. Somedays you have this great grind...some you miss all and post one off the other 12 and have a brewski.

  • @TheTurdEye

What I find the most difficult right now is that I am changing my swing as I used to hit all my clubs out to in by a lot.
My brain finally understood how to aim at first base to have a neutral or in to out swing path.
My miss used to be a 10 to 20 yards pull left because of the closed face at impact.
Now I have a two way miss and it's really tough to plan my shots...
The feeling is awesome though, I don't feel like a retarded wood chopper anymore hitting the ball.
The banned driver is now reborn and I am finally getting confidential with it.
