I hope other people chip in for these awesome lessons. Thanks
You are the best gift 🎁 that UA-cam has ever given to us. Thank you we love you. KEEP ON ROCKING.
If you really appreciate his work, please donate at his site.
The chord progression was incredibly explained and what you said about thinking in notes and shapes rather than frets is crucial which makes me want to memorize the fretboard
The way you explained the chord shapes in different positions was very helpful for a novice guitar player. Thank you.
Fabulous explanation, even for those of us that know the chord shapes. Well played.
Thank you for these 2 lessons. As always. THE best teacher on the net.
Had the arpeggios worked out with a friend playing the compliment back in high school. All from a hard-copy published tab book back then.
Years later, I could afford a 12-string and had the intro nearly polished.
Until now, I had never seen, nor stumbled upon, the chord progression patterned like this. Brilliant!
Really helps visualize how/why it all fits together so well.
excellent lesson bro i liked your explanation of the arpeggio section and you're right some people don't know the theory behind it. but I think its one of the first things an intermediate guitarist should know about.
Best lesson ever
You disected and explained this wonderfully. Thanks.
Sir, That is one of the best lessons I have ever seen. Thank you so much for teaching us how to think on this complicated song. All 3 lesson are top notch. God Bless. Keep them coming.
The most precise lesson on that solo.....
I love this! Can you possibly do a lesson for every single Beatles song ever? Thanks lol.
Brilliant teacher
Fantastic! Thank you so much for this!
Brilliant. You are also excellent teacher.
Here before this is taken down 🙏
Love your videos, don't expect this one to stay long as they tend to take these down
Really?!?
@@toji004really. Transcribe while you can.
You’re not wrong there! Mr Henley doesn’t even ask anymore, he just issues copywrite strikes! I know! I received 2 in one day! The bloke is on a mission to stop ANYONE even mentioning his bands name!
EXCELLENT...Thanks.
I LIKE it!
Thanks !!
All right let's check it out.
cheers Andy...it' time i got on with Don Felders "part" now....been only ever playing Walshs part up to now......thx....
Another awesome lesson! I was wondering if you are still using the Kemper for your lessons, and if so have you’ve considered making the performances available to the public? People would probably pay money for them..
Love your tutorials. Have you ever considered a finger style version of Every Breath You Take? I've been trying to figure that one out for a while.
Good to see this uploaded. I’m hoping it stays cause I remember a few years ago when I was learning the solo all the tutorial videos kept getting blocked by the eagles management company or whoever has rights to there music.
It would be nice to know if it’s the band or someone else demanding these transcriptions be blocked.
@@jlt7793 I think it was Universal Publishing or smthn
What a joke. People wanting to learn their music, people who buy their songs, go to their concerts. Greedy. I guess $$$ ticket prices aren't enough to keep food on their tables.
@@Musicsports yep. I also subscribe to Ivor Sorefingers and he had to remove all of his eagle’s (don’t capitalize names of people or groups I don’t respect) transcriptions, which by the way, he doesn’t charge for and aren’t necessarily even note for note. They’re just his interpretation of a song and many times he just does a “campfire” version since there may be more than one guitar playing at once. So he said they basically shut down his previous channel and recently received another cease and desist letter. So after that I stopped playing their songs. On guitar or radio.
excellent lesson, very nice to hear, i really like it, i'm not guitar player but i really like your lesson. if u dont min can u pliz hav some guitar intro from warrant uncle tom's cabin🙏🏻
Enjoy this while you can. Probably gonna get blocked soon unfortunately.
Why?
The eagles aggressively block and copyright claim any videos with their music. They actually employ people to search the internet and report anyone who does this. If they run across the video, it’ll be taken down
@@Musicsportsedit~ some bands don't like people playing their copyright music. Teaching it is allowed
Shushhhhh dont speak of it
Great lesson! Can you do a tutorial of the intro of The River Flows Frozen by Eternal Tears Of Sorrow? Ive yet to see anyone cover it
Can u do a tutorial on, Hollyann - boston id love that so much its from their third stage album
Can you do the Jethro Tull Aqualung guitar solo sometime? cheers
Could you please do fool in the rain?
can you do one for "one of these nights" by Eagles
I see the tortex purple in your right hand. Are you playing the regular or jazz III?
There's a link to my gear page in the description box below each video. I list everything I use there. Cheers
can we try that on a normal guiter? plz
Can you play some lenard skinard
As others have said, people who transcribe eagle songs generally get a cease and desist letter to remove it. I find that to be a little petty as these transcriptions are not only one person’s interpretation, even if they may sound spot on, but they generally don’t charge for them so they’re not really making money from them. By putting these songs out there to help people learn how to play them that might actually encourage someone to buy the song imo.
Yeah cause if you tube don't make money off it it's coming down.
GREAT I Hope It gets blocked There Is NEW Material Even Better than that You must Be on Stairway to heaven
