I have NEVER had pig feet because they looked so NASTY but after seeing yours I went and bought some (and the people looked at me like I was crazy...lookin all in my buggy cuz I had pig feet and ears cuz I'm WHITE!!!) I'm gonna use the butter/honey glaze cuz I LOVE butter and honey. I already know I'm gonna love them cuz my mouth is already watering. In case you did not know, vinegar kills bacteria so that is why it is used on meat. The cook said that she did not know why people use vinegar on meat.
