- This is an awesome recipe if u really enjoy eating pigs feet and ears
RECIPE:
1# pig feet split
1# pig ears
in large pot simmer feet and ears until tender(about 2 hours)
Remove from pot and place on wire rack
season with bbq seasoning
smoke for 1 hour on 250 degrees
remove from smoker and brush with thick bbq sauce
cook in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes
enjoy

Good morning Chef! We used to kill our own hogs, but I’m 60 years old now and not able since my husband passed away. Made my own lard and breakfast sausage.
