So to be honest, to be able to beat this very strong and very powerful boss here once and for all, I therefore saw myself forced to have to cheat by force in order to be able to beat him. Since I didn't have the rare items that Fei, Bart and Billy had to have at all, I ONLY and ALWAYS used Bart's special ability: the "WILD SMILE" on "ALPHA WELTALL". You also need to equip to Bart's Gear the weapon "SONICGWHIP" that prevents "ALPHA WELTALL" from using his ETHER ATTACKS! Most of the time this special ability of Bart: that is the "WILD SMILE", almost never worked, that is, it worked very few and rare times, because "ALPHA WELTALL" almost always hit me! So since I still used an EMULATOR: in this case the PS1 one, when it was Bart's turn before using his special ability: "WILD SMILE" (which prevents an enemy from being able to hit you) I saved the game before use this skill here. After I used it, if "ALPHA WELTALL" still hit me, I reloaded the spot whose turn it was for Bart and with him I used his ability "WILD SMILE" again, until "ALPHA WELTALL" missed either Fei, or Bart himself, or Billy, and when one of the three characters was missing I would save again, then with Fei I would transform into "ID MODE" and use his most powerful ability with him, namely the "KISHIN" ability by simply pressing the "X" key. And finally with Billy, equipped with TWO "POWER MAGICS" I entered in "SPECIAL OPTIONS" and I used his powerful skill called: "JESSIECANNON" and in this way here, I repeat cheating in this way I finally managed to defeat this very strong and very powerful boss here: "ALPHA WELTALL"!
