- Genesis performed Turn it on Again live at the Knebworth Park Nordorff Robins Music Therapy Center on june 30th 1990. Unique version with Genesis and the Phil Collins Band (Brad Cole, Leland Sklar, Fred White, Arnold McCuller, Bridgette Bryant and The Phoenix Horns). I've omitted the medley section.
Was at this concert right at the very front.. Knebworth 90.
It was a concert of all the Brit award winners..
Pink Floyd.. Paul Mc Cartney... Elton.. Status Quo.. Tears for fears.. To name a few.. Phil Collins done some of his songs first.. Then the Genesis boys joined him... Tickets were like gold dust.. Fantastic
This for me is the time when Phil's voice had beautifully matured.
I see Leland Sklar , giving his best in this one .
💙 😍I can never get enough of this song, especially with the horns!!🎺🎷🥰👏🥰👏
Awesome Genesis Concert, God Bless You All... 🎶 💕
I love the addition of the horns on this.
me too
They are on the original recording too, but I know what you mean. They didn't often have a horn section live.
@@goesjem No real horns on the original (just synthesizer).
Leeland Sklar is a resplendent virtuoso musician, and it looks like they worked hard to keep him off camera. ;-)
Duncan Frere I’m really enjoying Leland YT channel with daily videos, I’m just not sure of his fashion sense!😗
He’s not actually a member of Genesis that’s why
The live performance of this song in the concert Three Sides Live from New York back in 1982 still ranks top 1 for me.
KICKASS ! ! ! And Lee Sklar too, doesn't get better than that! \m/
Brad Cole, Lee Sklar, and the horns? Madness!
All stars !! Maestro, grande Phil Collins
Those where the days when musicians were around.
Genesis con la banda de Phil Collins... excelente!!!
Just love this man so fuckin talented period enough said xoxo
I love this!!
They are my heroes!!
I love that!!!
Salut!! All the world around!!
Pure music, pure talent! No additions needed! Fantastic!
Don't forget Daryl Stuermer and that beautiful red Strat
Wow, priceless!
Perfect edit! I've heard this so many times, I could tell where the band was in the post-medley section. But the edit was seamless, I don't hear exactly where it is.
phil collins the boss
Yes
The chops required to play on this song.
Beats me
100%. Phil needs to send Lee a few bucks
I think royalties would have taken care of that 😀
@@BothSidesofPhilCollins royalties have taken care of traffic from a new UA-cam channel?
No wonders at all why they had a worldwide success in comparison to the Peter Gabriel ' s time🙈
Love this, and thank you for posting. Any chance you could put the medley section back in?
I wish the pre-owned luxury sportscar salesperson look would come back for rockstars.
Banks always smiling :-D :-D
Good call to miss off the Motown medley. Always hated that in Genesis shows of this era.
Bars & barbells
For a band with three members, there's an awful lot of people on that stage.
So yeah, about how music works...
And an awful lot of talent.
It’s both Genesis & Phil’s solo band
So relentless... in bad taste.
You mean too fast?
