3 Ways to Eat Chia Seeds"
    Option #1:
    Blueberry Chia Energizer smoothie
    -1 cup frozen blueberries
-1 scoop vanilla Sun Warrior protein powder (my fav)
    -1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    -1 tbsp. chia seeds
    Option #2:
    Vegan Chia Pudding
    -1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    -1/4 cup. whole chia seeds
    -1 tbsp. maple syrup
    -1/2 tsp. vanilla extact
*Mix everything up in a mason jar, shake and let sit overnight to thicken up. In the morning, shake is very well and enjoy with fruit or by itself :)
    Option #3:
    Vegan Chia Egg
    -1 tbsp. ground chia seeds
    - tbsp. filtered room temp. water
For 1 egg use 3 Tbsp Water + 1 Tbsp Chia Seed
For 4 eggs use 3/4 Cup Water + 1/4 Cup Chia Seed
For 8 eggs use 1 1/2 Cup Water + 1/2 Cup Chia Seed
*Just combine the water with the chia seeds in a bowl, and let sit until everything thickens up. You can store the chia egg in the refrigerator for 1 week.

I made the Chia seed pudding but it was kinda bland, so I added an extra tsp of vanilla extract. Then i decided to make it into a meal so i used protein powder, then there wasn't enough milk so i added more of that. It was a mess by then so i threw it into a blender and added ice and frozen blueberries. Turned out ok, lol.

I bought two 2lb bags of chia seeds for a ridiculously great price after learning the great health benefits. Since then I've been learning different ways to use them. I was putting them in overnight oats, chia shots for energy, and recently (thanks to mom) started grinding them into a powder with flax seeds to put in just about anything. I have always wanted to make chia pudding and just made your recipe! Thank you so much. I am excited to try it in the morning.

The information you provided in this video about how to eat chia seeds in 3 ways was great and so easy to understand. I really appreciated how simply you explained everything, and the recipes were so easy to make. I tried making it, and my mom loves it too!
I Will definitely be using this information and sharing it with others who are interested in incorporating chia seeds into their diet.
I recently made it with True Elements chia seeds, and it turned out amazing. Chia seeds are truly versatile and nutritious. Thank you for sharing such valuable insights and the fantastic recipes!

I've been really getting into eating tempeh and eating more plant based protein because I felt a bit grossed out by eating chicken etc. I'd love to see a recipe for a marinade/sauce to put on tempeh and things like that. You need to presoak chia seeds as they will extract water from your body and cause problems. I soak 1 teaspoon in 8 oz water for an hour before bedtime and drink it just before going to bed. In the morning my blood sugar readings are almost normal (type 2 diabetic). The chia seeds give the digestive system something to work on as I sleep and reduces the pumping out of insulin.

I make it with orange juice, melon and mango syrup(those cocktail ones), some water and coconut milk. Wait a few hours(mixing from time to time is a good idea) and it's a nice tropically tasting dessert. It's great on it's own, but with some fruit it's the best(I recommend honeydew melon)

For your recipe of vegan chia egg, is it hard boiled egg & eat them separately or are we going to make it an omelet type to put the chia seed that we prepared?
