The frozen udon blocks have better texture and flavor, last longer, and only take 2-3 minutes to cook in boiling water. I believe they're a bit cheaper too. Highly recommend over the room temp, precooked versions.
@@surenick3460 Not in germany, i've been to 50+ Asian stores in my life and never have i seen frozen udon blocks. And i dilligently look through the frozen section because i only go to these stores when i have plenty of room.
Peanut butter has a very low score on the DIAAS scale meaning that the protein in it is poorly by the body. It is advised not to be calculated in the protein count but used as a healthy fat instead. Beautiful recipe. Thank you.
Your recipes has made my lunches so much better. Especially your burritos, made 12 yesterday, and they taste amazing and so easy to prepare. I can finally see my abs again hehe

@@aaronoldenburger3436 you reckon you can do just 2 meals a day? If you sit on your backside all day, sure, but not when you have an active job plus go to the gym 5+ days a week and do at least 20,000 steps a day, like I do. 🤷♀️
@@jac_builtWoodworks 1800 kcal is 1800 kcal, if you do 2 or 6 meals does not make a difference, in my opinion if you do 2 lange meals you stay full longer and in combination with intermitted fasting it is not that hard and i am on 2000 kcal a day, and pretty active, i train 4 times a week and with my work i also atleast get 15.000 steps in.

You buy them frozen?
In addition, these are full of preservatives from memory. Great recipe though!
Frozen Udon is much harder to find in Germany. The frozen stuff comes in pretty large quantities, for which I´m lacking freezer space.
@@ditz3nfitness Yea most Asian grocery stores have them. They come in packages of 4 - 5 blocks.

Felu! Grüße aus NRW und weiterhin Gas geben! Dein Channel ist viel zu underrated.
Nice.
I wonder if it would be possible to get a decent tasting result by using low fat/ fat free sour cream and/or Greek yogurt instead of light mayo?
tested - yes, mix with sriracha or any other fermented hot product
I could see this work with minced pork or chicken as well

2 meals a day, 900 kcal each. I think this is a game changer and easy to do.
