Tom, if he ha sarong outing in 2024 he maybe called up to the bigs in Sept. auto strike zone I think is a very good idea, it will make all pitchers get the call they deserve and no arguments. Gives the umpire more ability to concentrate on the other aspects of the game and improve their work more accurately

Definitely similar body types but Festa is actually five inches taller. His legs are so long.

It wouldn't be too difficult for an automatic strike zone to take into account batter height. All such data could be entered into the system beforehand and an app could adjust easily and quickly to each batter when announced.

Sorry if I wasn't clear about that, the current system is already attempting to take that into account. It's the publicly available data that's on Baseball Savant that doesn't adjust its zone for batter height.
