Why bother with exhaust valve? It will not close in time and you chance some contamination. If you have much larger filter surface area maybe you can still breath but no need for the valve. Could be worth testing.

Thanks
Looking much adequate. What is diameter of nuts and bolts? Also, are those goggles for snorkeling?
I found this really helpful because all the time when I’ve always had to when that I didn’t and I couldn’t because when I didn’t I did the other thing because there wasn’t any other but then when if what as to what I really should’ve been to done it before but do you have any advice?
I think this is machine translation. I did not understand anything.
From the Canary Islands, thank you so much!!

try ac filter rated for viruses
The intake filter material should be 2 layers of blue shop towel which is proven in study to provide 95% protection
These are paper towels - two for each filter.
I have the feeling that the filtering element could be better, even if the C virus is very big. Any ideas? great design tho.
3M Filtrete filters used for the home, MERV-13/MPR-1900 or higher rating. Rated by 3M to filter down to 0.3 microns (like an N95 mask but at a lower efficiency than a proper N95).
I have a idea to use a whashing machine pump to fill a chamber with water and this chamber will act like a piston that is very cheap and can power this ventilator
I cant do this theres a part cant seen theres something skip filming omg
shopvac filter material can be adhered with a hot glue gun
How then will you change this filter every two hours...
Very ingenious!!
Kleenex tissue is better than paper towels. This is awesome.
Good effort with materials one can find around. Need to seal the staples. I think probably can try glues rather than making tiny holes around the bottles. But overall OK.
the staples are going to create gaping holes where bacteria and virus can easily enter through when inhaling.
The holes are sealed with polyethylene foam. There are no leaks. The device successfully passed field tests.
Please keep revising this. Sealing every puncture area and add HEPA filters, (vaccumm bags, air conditioning filters, anything that says HEPA) also for ppl that don't have heating element try hair straightener or curling iron or iron think outside the box
Why bother with exhaust valve? It will not close in time and you chance some contamination. If you have much larger filter surface area maybe you can still breath but no need for the valve. Could be worth testing.
I've been reading all the comments looking for someone who realizes the output valve is not only likely source of contamination but IS a source of contamination. If you have the virus or are asymptomatic and wear this you will continue to spread the infection. NO OUTPUT VALVES PEOPLE. I doubt anyone cares though.
Cool. Great ingenuity. Not sure about the filter though.
Hi, do they have a for dummies version? Too hard.
Yes, in a day or two I will publish the simplest design of the mask and safety glasses. I'm finishing video editing.
Very nice edea 😁😁👍👍
Do you know the virus is 80-140 nm .
So, everyone subscribes and waits for a laboratory test of filters on this channel.
Great stuff. Subbed. Maybe change the paper towels with HEPA hoover filters?
....all that and you use paper towels as filters??? Not to mention all the holes you poked in the thing.
I am preparing a laboratory experiment to test filters. Results will be in a few days.
@@IurisWorkshop Awesome. I'm interested in the Filti fabric. Supposed to be as good as n95 and it's washable up to a ton of washes!
Nice work My King we give thanks for sharing with us

The background blur is out of control!
Thanks! I was too lazy to do this in the corresponding software. :)
paper towel filters arent going to stop viruses. get some merv13 or better air filter panels to use as filter media instead
In my country, these filters are not used, so they cannot be purchased. Nevertheless, I am preparing a laboratory test of the filters that are available to me. Hope I can demonstrate this test this month.
@@IurisWorkshop which filters would be available? I am surprised to hear that merv13 or equivalent are not available
The valves are unnecessary because of the valves throw distance. Some particles will be let in as the valve is in the process of closing. It would be much simpler and better without them.
i think we need valves against CO2 we expire ??
Use HEPA filter
Please make a biovyzr mask
Thought that why towel papers got shortage..
Use vaccumcleaner bags for filter instead of paper towels.
Perhaps hepafilter material would block corona virus better than paper towels. Otherwise brilliant model. Thanks for sharing.
A good idea.
As an occasion to indulge a little building something during isolation.
To add, clean and desinfect all groceries surfaces and packages upon enter the house
You can put a mask in a cardboard box with an ultraviolet lamp.
i was thinking over the package of the any buyed items, can be contaminated, if not disinfect it and you enter it in the house?
You need to filter the exhaust
Paper towel won't work. Nice idea but you need to use better filter material.
This respirator has a universal filter mount. You can insert everything you have there. I had nothing but this paper. There is nothing in the atecs. Department stores closed. Experiments by South Karean scientists have shown that paper towels filter filtration up to 90% by comparison with a medical mask.
Just the fact that you are trying something to help others is amazing thank you and keep it up!!!
