About replacing Yui. It's been five years since Yui performed for the last time and they never replaced her technically since the Avengers have no singing role. It's very unlikely they do it now. Two of the Avengers come from the same idol group where BABYMETAL was formed as a sub-unit, Sakura Gakuin. They are Kano Fujihira and Momoko Okazaki. The other avenger was Riho Sayashi ex Morning Musume and a well known performer. Apparently Riho and Kano have their own projects right now so that leaves Momoko as the only Avenger currently. Nice reaction. The avenger I think you're thinking of when you said was in a group with them before Babymetal is Riho. But the was with Su at the Acting School of Hiroshima. A.K.A ASH. An actual school Su and Riho attended at the same time. Riho went on to be the ace singer for Morning Musume. A big well known JPOP group. Riho left the Babymetal tour when she released her own Jpop album. Kano joined @1five. Another Jpop group made up of former Sakura Gakuin members who at the time were all 15. Momoko after the tour would try out for a Kpop group that was held as a contest. She did well but did not win. Bad of Me but I hope she returns as either the 3rd dance or as a member of Babymetal. Mostly because she really seemed happy being there. And yes, they did have Moa move to the middle during other dance routines. Most notably Night Night Burn. Moa repeatedly moved to the middle. While Su slide into the side spot. Marking the rise of Moa. This is a big development in their relationship, standing, whatever you want to call it. Su has always held the middle ace position. During the tour for the 3rd album Su mentioned that she thinks of Moa as equals now. A big statement from what I understand about Japanese culture. Su being the elder normally would always be considered the superior and since the group was formed around Su another big reason for that to hold true. But here Su mentions how much she came to rely on Moa. The pillar of Babymetal Moa strong is she in the way of the band mate. Moa truly stepped up in every way for the 3rd album. She focused on her dancing. But the album shows she also stepped up her singer. Moa does a lot more backup vocals and harmonizing than ever before. Making her the Super Moa Chan she always wanted to be went she grew up. Moa actually said that she wanted to be super Moa chan. Proving to all the world that Moa is special. For the new album coming in March, they released photos of Su and Moa sitting in side by side thrown like chairs. Showing to everyone they are equals in more than just words. Would they add a 3rd to that other than Yui? Not sure really but if they did for me at this point, it could only be Momoko. Not many others could measure up to them now. But Babymetal has surprised us before and I'm sure they'll do it again.
I may be wrong but I believe that is a recording from her earpiece and what Suzuka personally heard during the performance. The earpiece drowns out the outside noise (necessary to keep vocal pace) and can give cues to the vocalist at certain points in the song. If this is indeed taken from her earpiece then you can hear her absolute talent in all of its true majesty. She is unparalleled.
