I just received the Full star veggie chopper yesterday, having trouble the 2 tabs, I am pushing up but will not move so the black center tab will not lift, any suggestions? I will return if I cannot clean it. Thank you.
Unless they have changed the design and the part can no longer be removed. Pull the 2 white tabs down and then with your finger push the middle black tab up. I’ll hope it helps!

Unfortunately, in the video your shoulder blocked the view just as you pulled the tabs so I could not see the exact moment you pulled the thing out. I can't get my brand new open..
