I got a similar chopper for Christmas, I LOVE it! I dehydrate veggies and it’s perfect for that! I chopped up 10 pounds of potatoes and made frozen French fries. Chopped up 10 pounds of onions to dehydrate. Changed my life, lol and I love to chop with a knife.
I LOVE my full star chopper, especially for preparing large batches of veggies for the freezer. Used it to make diced tomatoes and prepping tons of chopped bell peppers. It’s awesome for pico de gallo! And soup making. Sure makes things convenient.
I just chopped up a bunch of potatoes using a knife for our weekly meals. That chopper would have been handy! I have an old one (another brand), but it’s such a pain to use, I always forget I have it! Our little kitchen helpers-devices should be fun to use!! Glad to see you having fun with it. Sturdy and inexpensive is right up my alley!! Thanks for sharing!
Those potatoes look delicious. I have a Fullstar for a few years now. I think it came with more attachments like a mandolin, a couple of things to hold the vegetables while using it and a glove. I love it and use it all the time. I had a different one that didn't work as well as this one.
I was going to buy this to replace my Vileda chopper, it's more than 30 yrs old now but it's bigger and no hinges so think I'll keep it, lolz. It really shines with the tiny mince. I do cucumber with sour cream, garlic, dill and lemon side.
Have thus far chopped onions with mine, which showed last Thursday. Trick is to peel the onions, then cut 1/4 inch slices going from top to the bottom of each onion. I only put one slice on at a time with using the “small dicer” - makes the best chopped onions *ever.* Saves the tooth-grinding concentration needed to avoid getting cut (when you’re clumsy like me.)
It worked great! You have to be really careful because the blades are really sharp! I cut the tip of my finger with it yesterday. Please let me know how you like it if you get one!

I love those choppers especially when I'm doing bigger projects like pasties or big pots of soup. Makes fast work out of a tedious job.
It was a lot of fun to use! I think I am going to chop all my veggies for the stuffing with it. Thanks for watching, Diane!

I have a portable unit like that only a little smaller. I use to use it for camping. Love Hash Browns!
Great video! I really like this chopper. Today I made egg salad. It chopped the eggs, celery and even parsley just perfect!

would be nice to see more of the various chopping functions included in this video
Looks so delicious.💖
I bought this exact same one on Amazon. The hinge broke after about 25 usages.
Those potatoes look so good! Can I use the Sabre function on the instant pot? Looks wonderful!

Those potatoes O'Brian look delicious! About how much pressure do you have to use with the chopper?
I actually just asked for a FullStar Veggie Chopper for Christmas. There's also another cooking channel that recommended this brand of veggie chopper.

Please pass me a plate of that thru the phone Lol 😆 loved it I am going to order me one
Good for Sally homemaker.
It was a great way to get your dice fairly even. It is good form someone who has only basic knife skills. Thanks for watching, Louis!
