It'll be no problem for me, as I love raw potatos, funny I haven't been eating them, but when I was very young we used to eat lots of mashed potatos, before my mom seemed to go on an Asian diet, as I am half Chinese-Indonesian from her. I do a lot of fruit and vegetable smoothies in the summer. I love using one. It saves me a lot of time even with the wash up.
Pico de Gallo Recipe = 6-8 Roma Tomatoes, 1 Red Onion, 1 Serrano, Cilantro, 1-2 Limes, Salt & Pepper to taste, 1 tsp. Taco Seasoning...tfw 😊
While slicing potatoes, instead on pressing down on the green center, you push down on the grey side handles and it will slice all the potato.

The slider thing for vegetables has directional slide rail that keeps it from sliding the plastic base over the knife.
