    You dont show the result. The difference of before and after workout that's why few people interested on your video. Only 12k for 11months?

    Did u only do rope skipping everyday if no can I rope skip everyday for 30 mins and I have been doin tht for 12 days and my calf hurts when I jump rope and whn I come home it doesn’t hurt and I don’t wanna do rest I feel like doing it for 1 month w no rest

      Hello Im not an expert but same thing happened to me I would recommend you to warm up by walk (5minute or less) an do 10 -20 sec calve streching before jumping and 5-10minute of leg streching (usually all of the leg streching videos also consumes moves for calf streching )Afterwards.

      @@bluehaku4357 omg so today I went outside to do the things u said the pain was less hurtful than before Tysm yesterday it was hurting so badly usually I don’t like stretching cause it’s too long and stuff but I try to convince myself I don’t want any injuries so I have to do it and it worked like less pain this is real Tysm

      @@bluehaku4357 Hi so I have a question I’m like 13 years old weighting 69kg I’m confused abt something I have a question so like So some people say u have to be in calorie defict which basically means how much u do u have to eat tht much some ppl say u have to eat 1000 calories according to ur age so what am I suppose to do eat less or what I’m not exactly sure how much I burn like 300 or smth but how much am I suppose to eat

      @@lyricsforever6663 hello again so it seems to me that you are still growing you are still young.As far as i know the calories you take should be less than the calories you use in the end of the day.There are website where you can calculate the amount of calories you should take according to your goal.Try to stay away from processed foods , eat veggies and fruits. When i was younger i was really active but except that it was forbidden for me to eat junk foods .I would eat it like once /twice a week. One of my friend told me he lost weight by riding bicycle whole summer.I guess he lost around 10 kg.Anyway what i am trying to say is you can find out by trying because we are all different and what works for me might not work for you.You can consult an expert to not take a risk. Stay safe don't forget that these are only my thoughts and again i am a normal people not an Expert
