Not to be mean but when you see a UA-cam video about females doing something like for example: doing a plank everyday for 1 week and lost ** pounds and after you go to the comments and the first or second comment is "No one's taking about how pretty she is?" Or " Omg your glowing yass queen!" (Not to be mean, I'm just saying 🤷♀️)
Only at the first few second of the video but just a heads up, my old soccer coach used to yell at us for bending over when we were trying to catch our breath because you’re technically folding over on your lungs/crushing them making it harder for air to pass through. A better way is to place both hands on top of your head with your elbows out while breathing at good pace
I lost 30 pound jump roping for a 3 months. I didn’t think of it as exercise though I just did it for fun with my cousin and was shook to see how much weight I lost.
I used to do it everyday. It was in the summer. My cousin came over everyday so we just did it together. We would do between 500 to 1500 jumps, I would do a 100 then she would do a 100 until we got super tired.

does anyone else want to officially start their weightloss journey after failing too many times but then you think you know what to do but see different people doing different stuff and you get so overwhelmed because you don't know what to do anymore and you give up and cry? i wanted to do weight lifting and cardio on separate days 4 times a week but now i'm not sure anymore this shouldn't be so hard but it is, i can't seem to come up with a plan, and i have a binge eating disorder and it gets so hard to control my eating so i've been on a cycle of trying to lose weight for over 3 years and i keep gaining and losing the same 5 kilos every time it's so frustrating i wish i could get out of this cycle. it's like i don't even wanna try anymore because i'm so impatient and i know i'll gain the weight back again

@@marieannesteves8643 Keto is stupid, it’s not sustainable for life. Once you start eating carbs again you’re gonna start gaining the weight again. You have to do CiCo, calories in calories out. It’s more sustainable that way and not restricting any food group.
@@entriesfrommytwenties8146 I’m aware that keto is not sustainable, it’s not a diet I’m planning to be forever just until I get to my weight goal seeing as how there’s a noticeable difference in the way I look, the way my clothes have gotten looser and the number on the scale. Not to mention the mindset of having restrictions and seeing the progress I’ve made helps keep the junk food away and eating more veggies and meals that keeps me feeling full longer. It’s not really a huge diet change for me but I do have a problem with sweets and junk food which makes it tough at times. Other diets and exercise never worked for me but keto and something minimal as walking has helped me so much. Somethings work for some people and others don’t but that doesn’t mean a certain diet is stupid
@@Minglewithsteph l am not trying to lose weight but l've been doing intermedit fasting for about a year now it's more like a live style and it just makes you feel so light and actually do other stuff rather than just eating ,l also drink alooot of water everyday and eat all the things l crave but in small portions , so far so good it's more like a life style ,also jump rope everyday for at least 10 mins along with my ab ,leg,butt workouts ,try not to push it too far with cardio if you're on intermedit fasting ,let your body get used to the fasting for few months before getting into any workouts ,don't forget that your body needs sugar ,carbs and fat so taking away any of them without healthy replacements can be bad for your health.

My first thought when I started this video was how beautiful you look. When you got on the weight scale and it read 188.5 lbs I was knocked out. That's because I weigh 175 lbs and have always thought of myself as ugly. You made me realize that if I find you so pretty then maybe I'm not so bad either. Weight loss isn't always about how much weight you lose, it's about how you look at it. You build muscle by doing exercises and muscle is heavy, so while your weight on scale has no difference, the way your body looks is different. Thought I should say it to those who struggle

I just finished this challenge and lost 3.1kg so approximately 6.8 pounds, it was easy to incorporate in a daily routine and my body got used to it pretty quickly. Don't expect your results to look as crazy as the thumbnail but it will definitely help you thru your journey! Good luck ♡

If you're feeling short of breath it's best to raise your hands and put them your head. It allows room for your lungs to really expand for you to take in bigger breaths
Started the 1000 day challenge and today is my day 5. Girl, when I tell you tracking my progress actually makes me excited for the next day. I don't know if pain is my pleasure, but I get so excited knowing that I get to jump (I do it with music though, and time it with the beats.) I've gone from doing 1000 in about 15 minutes to 1300 in 11.

Rumbidzai Hove hi hun! I am doing her 2 weeks shred but I’m doing all 4 videos back to back everyday! I do a 1000 skips in 7 and a half minutes now. I think you just have to stay consistent, as you get fitter you’ll get quicker. When I first started it took me almost 10 minutes so don’t give up. I use a jump rope app called Yao Yao, which is set up on my Apple Watch and it tracks my jumps. It’s £2.99 but it’s really good.
I started today with 150 jumps. I’m relieved to see that it’s okay to take a break in between and then start back up. I took a break at 60, 80, and 100. Then I did another 50 straight. It’s a start.
If you can’t figure out where you’re going wrong try keeping track of your calories in and out for a few days, it’s helped me here and there ! Going to look into the walking challenge!
I'm 19 and I have been insecure with my body for a few years now. I'll try this exercise for 30 mins a day with updates. I'll be also be intermittent Day 1: I watch anime on tv while skipping rope. I kinda used it as my timer

I was told to never bend down or put hands on your hips or knees. To open up airways and expand our chest cavity they told us to fold hands on our heads with elbows out while we walked (never just stopped running or PT and stood or sat) to do a cool down before static stretching. It’s also important to pull shoulder blades back and keep arms in and minor elbow rotation and let wrist do most the work. I’m just now getting to the point where I can jump rope pretty solid pace for 3-5 minutes without messing up. But lemme tell you... I hope I get results like hers! 🤞

I do 1000 jump ropes everyday for seven days. Now I'm on the fifth day. On the first day it is normal if you're exhausted after a few jumps, especially those who aren't get used to exercising (I got 10 jumps max without stopping). After that the jumps become easier and you will get used to it (I get 40 jumps max nonstop). On the third day, I felt sore on my thighs and abs that I took two days rest for my muscle to heal. On my fifth day, my mother noticed a lil change in my appearance, she said that my legs looked more toned and slimmer. My thighs also get hardened ( idk what it's called in English but basically it feels hard) and I noticed a lil line on my stomach. Now I have two days left to complete the seven days challenge. All I can say is, if you're targeting for weight loss, it's a good thing for you to try, fyi I'm already skinny (90 lbs) I just do this challenge to get fit bcs I'm easily gets so exhausted after doing some things so I go for cardio exercise. And so far I really like to jump ropes as I feel healthier day by day. And I will keep continue jumping ropes as my regular cardio exercise 🤠
Please make sure when you jump you land on the tip of your feet, not landing on your entire foot. That’s probably why your feet was hurting! I also heard that you should jump on soft surfaces, like on the carpet or on the grass. Other than that you did a great job!!!! I need to get back to jump romping! 👏🏾 lol, I am now at 8:35 of the video and you just said how you messed up doing that 😭😭😂
I wasn’t landing flat footed during the majority of my jumping only on accident a few times day 2, however I did talk about that in my video towards the end! also Thank you!!
Just for starters you look amazing. I wanted to point out to you one little tip, never bend over after a work out to catch your breath. You may sometimes feel light headed and fall over or pass out hopefully this never happens, bit stay hydrated and make sure you have eaten to keep your energy up. Instead you should place your hands above your head to open up your airways (lungs) to catch your breath. While you are in this position inhale deep and exhale slow this will help you tremendously. I've been a runner for more than half my life and at 41 trust me this works. Keep up the good work🏋✌🏼
Hi everyone , I am going to start this challenge, super duper excited. Okay so I am 72 kgs , 5”4 and 16 years old . I took a break of a day to let my body prep for it ,felt cramps in abdomin Day 1 300 done , was hard but enjoyed , did in a span of like 20 mins or so , slow but comin😊 Day 2 it was hard i felt cramps in like the lower leg area but still managed to do it , was hard but done . Day 3 Donee , i still had cramps that made normal walk a lil painful , but surprisingly 500 was so easy to achieve , like i have got better 50% Day 4 idk but it was hard this day , was less motivated but took breaks but finished it 😂😊 Day 5 okay I only did 200 because i am a lazy bitch Day 6 V. Hard the thought of 800 haunts me to death so i did 350 only Day 7 guests overr didnt do had a cheat day Okay so i think it works u just. Have to be conistent my weight is 72 now considering i didnt even do properly this is great 👍 do try it guys . feel visible difference as well Wish me best of luck ❤️💛

I don’t know if it helps you breath but I don’t remember that after a run I would always put my hands on my head to take the pressure of my chest and it helps a lot :)

Weight loss isn't always about how much weight you lose, it's about how you look at it. You build muscle by doing exercises and muscle is heavy, so while your weight on scale has no difference, the way your body looks is different. Thought I should say it to those who struggle

I just finished this challenge and lost 3.1kg so approximately 6.8 pounds, it was easy to incorporate in a daily routine and my body got used to it pretty quickly. Don't expect your results to look as crazy as the thumbnail but it will definitely help you thru your journey! Good luck ♡

Started the 1000 day challenge and today is my day 5. Girl, when I tell you tracking my progress actually makes me excited for the next day. I don't know if pain is my pleasure, but I get so excited knowing that I get to jump (I do it with music though, and time it with the beats.) I've gone from doing 1000 in about 15 minutes to 1300 in 11.

Rumbidzai Hove hi hun! I am doing her 2 weeks shred but I’m doing all 4 videos back to back everyday! I do a 1000 skips in 7 and a half minutes now. I think you just have to stay consistent, as you get fitter you’ll get quicker. When I first started it took me almost 10 minutes so don’t give up. I use a jump rope app called Yao Yao, which is set up on my Apple Watch and it tracks my jumps. It’s £2.99 but it’s really good.

I started today with 150 jumps. I’m relieved to see that it’s okay to take a break in between and then start back up. I took a break at 60, 80, and 100. Then I did another 50 straight. It’s a start.

I've been going on daily walks with Lydia Dinga on her challenge, I do a minimum of 5k in an hour, but I think my eating seems to be the real issue.
If you can’t figure out where you’re going wrong try keeping track of your calories in and out for a few days, it’s helped me here and there ! Going to look into the walking challenge!

I started my jump rope journey yesterday and today already felt easier. I still trip over the rope sometimes, but it was so much worse yesterday. I only went for five minutes but I’m hoping to add 5 minutes each week. After a month of jumping rope I want to try chloe tings ab workout. I’m not doing it for the number on the scale, I have belly fat I want to get rid of! So good luck to everyone who’s started 😁

I was told to never bend down or put hands on your hips or knees. To open up airways and expand our chest cavity they told us to fold hands on our heads with elbows out while we walked (never just stopped running or PT and stood or sat) to do a cool down before static stretching. It’s also important to pull shoulder blades back and keep arms in and minor elbow rotation and let wrist do most the work. I’m just now getting to the point where I can jump rope pretty solid pace for 3-5 minutes without messing up. But lemme tell you... I hope I get results like hers! 🤞

I do 1000 jump ropes everyday for seven days. Now I'm on the fifth day. On the first day it is normal if you're exhausted after a few jumps, especially those who aren't get used to exercising (I got 10 jumps max without stopping). After that the jumps become easier and you will get used to it (I get 40 jumps max nonstop). On the third day, I felt sore on my thighs and abs that I took two days rest for my muscle to heal. On my fifth day, my mother noticed a lil change in my appearance, she said that my legs looked more toned and slimmer. My thighs also get hardened ( idk what it's called in English but basically it feels hard) and I noticed a lil line on my stomach. Now I have two days left to complete the seven days challenge. All I can say is, if you're targeting for weight loss, it's a good thing for you to try, fyi I'm already skinny (90 lbs) I just do this challenge to get fit bcs I'm easily gets so exhausted after doing some things so I go for cardio exercise. And so far I really like to jump ropes as I feel healthier day by day. And I will keep continue jumping ropes as my regular cardio exercise 🤠
Please make sure when you jump you land on the tip of your feet, not landing on your entire foot. That’s probably why your feet was hurting! I also heard that you should jump on soft surfaces, like on the carpet or on the grass. Other than that you did a great job!!!! I need to get back to jump romping! 👏🏾 lol, I am now at 8:35 of the video and you just said how you messed up doing that 😭😭😂
I wasn’t landing flat footed during the majority of my jumping only on accident a few times day 2, however I did talk about that in my video towards the end! also Thank you!!

Here’s a tip my coach taught me to put my arms on my head to catch your breath easier
To reduce the pain - shin splints etc jump on the grass. There is less impact on your joints.
I jumps 1500 everyday. I really love it. I enjoy it and the fact that it burns a lot of calories and it's fun keeps me motivated.

Just for starters you look amazing. I wanted to point out to you one little tip, never bend over after a work out to catch your breath. You may sometimes feel light headed and fall over or pass out hopefully this never happens, bit stay hydrated and make sure you have eaten to keep your energy up. Instead you should place your hands above your head to open up your airways (lungs) to catch your breath. While you are in this position inhale deep and exhale slow this will help you tremendously. I've been a runner for more than half my life and at 41 trust me this works. Keep up the good work🏋✌🏼
Hi everyone , I am going to start this challenge, super duper excited. Okay so I am 72 kgs , 5”4 and 16 years old .
I took a break of a day to let my body prep for it ,felt cramps in abdomin
Day 1 300 done , was hard but enjoyed , did in a span of like 20 mins or so , slow but comin😊
Day 2 it was hard i felt cramps in like the lower leg area but still managed to do it , was hard but done .
Day 3 Donee , i still had cramps that made normal walk a lil painful , but surprisingly 500 was so easy to achieve , like i have got better 50%
Day 4 idk but it was hard this day , was less motivated but took breaks but finished it 😂😊
Day 5 okay I only did 200 because i am a lazy bitch
Day 6 V. Hard the thought of 800 haunts me to death so i did 350 only
Day 7 guests overr didnt do had a cheat day
Okay so i think it works u just. Have to be conistent my weight is 72 now considering i didnt even do properly this is great 👍 do try it guys . feel visible difference as well

An easy way to get to 200+ in one sitting is to jump without counting. Use a timer. A minute is 50-100 skips.
