Don't expect a result after only 7 days for anyone trying to lose weight. Continue this for two months the result will surprise you. With a healthy diet and 10-15 minutes of skipping every day, I dropped about 33 lbs in 4 months.
Hey that's soo great! Could you mention what your initial weight was? Want to know so I could get sort of a reference point for myself. I'm 69kg and need to lose 6kgs in 2 mos
I started to jumprope recently and a game changer has been using a beaded rope. Like the plastic tubes on the ones in elementary school. It's very forgiving because it can catch on your foot a little and doesn't lose its momentum so you stay in rhythm.
Genetically my calves are huge, I started jumping last week and they feel like they are about to burst when I’m done! But I want this belly gone!! Thank you for uploading 😁💪🏽
@@soniamukhia7877 I’m not an expert, but I would say no. They are probably going to be super toned because you are only using body weight and doing a cardio activity. I have big muscles in that area and the tightness after jumping makes them feel huge
@@soniamukhia7877 it will tone your calves but doing stretching along with jump rope you will get lean calves. I am telling this with my own personal experience. Jump rope is an excellent way of losing leg fat.
When I tried this I used a interval timer I would just jump for 45 sec rest for 15 and in that 45 second window I would try to get 30 jumps and just repeated that until I hit 1000
Started today made it to 400 been a while since I've worked out definitely been a while since I've used a jump rope lol got myself a weighted jump rope :-)
If you do this again, do you mind posting the side by sides at the same distance away & the same outfit? At least the first and last day. They don’t really match (last one is a lot further away) and it seems deceptive.
I started day before yesterday. The next day my calves were very sore so I gave skipping a rest and chose to go for a light walk. Today i had even more pain so continued with walking. Is it realistic to jumprope everyday? How do you manage the pain everyday? My stamina is not the problem, its the pain the next morning- so much that I climb down the stairs one at a time.
Same here when I first started months ago I was so sore for the first week or so and eventually it stopped and was able to jump rope everyday. I stopped and finally jumped roped this past Saturday for the first time in months and I had to take some rest days I was incredibly sore from my calks ankles feet etc
Hello Jacky. Its been a couple of weeks since I posted the first comment. I experienced the same thing as you mentioned. I guess its just about the first day after a gap when it really hurts. My weight has reduced by 2 kgs :D
Make sure to stretch before and after jump roping. Do both static and dynamic stretches. I also learned in pilates class to lightly smack or shake my muscles when stretching them to help ""wake"" them up.
i must admit, this admired me to try the jump rope challenge, but i needed to modify it cus my poor weak ankles 😭 but hopefully i will see some results after im done!
Well...i did this for about a 20 days ...then i noticed i bled (little)after the workout... Initially i did not pay much attention...later i started noticing it everyday...for about 6 days ...then i stopped skipping..and the bleeding stopped too...
I do in steps of 100 skips each i donno if it works And i didn't start with 1000 initially Started with 250, 300, 500 and then to 1000 Gonna do for months let's see the results
@@elsiewandi I’d say yes, but try not to, because you’ll burn less. The higher the heart rate at any point, the more you’re burning. Raising and stopping won’t burn as much as someone like her actively doing it.
Genetically, I lose weight quite easily. I'm a smol Asian woman. I have quite a small frame. What can I do to avoid losing weight easily with jump rope?

Does jumping rope make our calves bigger?

Lol yeah me too, I tend to lean forward on my toes when walking. I've always hated them 😅

you need to be stretching and warming up your legs and ankles and knees and everything before you jump!! and wear proper shoes
omgg i’m def gonna try!!!
I started today my weight is 63
Did 300 jumps today
On the cool tho
This video motivated me to hit the ropes today
Really interested in the Sauna. Is it easy to install - can you recommend a brand?
I gotta try this!

Did you do this as well as other workouts? Or was this your only form of exercise? Xxx

I also went to my personal training once that week! But mainly jumped everyday + ate clean :)
how many minutes a day did you do this?
Sorry for my French vibes, the first thought I had seeing you is how cute you are. Thank you for sharing this video 👌🏼
Hey Le,is it possible to distribute the 1000 jumps through the day?
hi! i find it easier just to do all at once, and that way you're really challenging yourself and getting that sweat in = better results :)
Thanks,I hope it works on me too

what size did you get for the yellow gymshark set?
I got a xs in top and s in bottom (bc everything was sold out) but everything is so tight I shouldve gotten my regular S and M sizes!!
what time did you usually jump rope?
getting this jump rope as soon as my check hits bc i’m tired of sucking in this belly 🥵
Dollar tree sells jump ropes! Does t have to be fancy just has to give you something to jump with ☺️ but you've probably got one by now!
Her brother!💀I love doing jump rope I haven’t done it in a while tho!🥲
How do ur AirPods not fall off???
Will this increase our calves?
This was nice to watch. Let me go get a rope and the app.
I do sets of 100
It’s easier to count that way for me
Where is ur top from at 734?
Who makes your black sneakers, red sole

I'm not a professional but my initial thoughts would be consume more protein and generally more calories.
0:20 omg 😍
Does it effects height
... that's a very stupid question

I cannot jump rope for the life of me 😭😭😭 but I want to do this challenge so I'll do jumping Jacks instead😬😬
