This is the type of vlogs I love that you do - the exploring the hoarder house ones! It's good to see Patrick again and to know he has now moved closer to you so we might get to see more of him. Can't wait for the unboxing to come! Thank you Alex!
It’s crazy to think that they are paying someone to clean out the house, when you would pay them to clean out the house LOL Hope you manage to buy all the contents anyway, this looks like a good one!
Ah hey, at 49:32 those are steamboat playing cards. Magicians like those for card manipulation and since they don't make them anymore they are sought after. Probably not worth a ton, but more than your regular deck of cards.
Love the star clock. I can't believe they were throwing away the enamel pots and pans. I hope they donated and didn't trash them. They would be great for camping.
Unfortunately, this isn't his hoarder house, but I'm sure glad that the person who IS doing it thought of him to sell some stuff. I love when he digs through things.
My children call me a hoarder. Funny though how they stop by to see if I happen to have this thing or that thing still. When I started taking care of our grandkids they sure loved playing with the old toys. Imagine that🤔
It's October so no surprise we're visited by a ghost. Hello Patrick! Nice to see a new hoarder video, more my taste than the car restorations. And it always helps to remind how we need to keep our own treasures manageable!
@@jankirschke7425 I find the odd bit at a thrift store here in Norway that I swoon over. I was given my son's great great grandaunt's sewing box and it contains trim she crocheted and handforged metal buttons as well as french glass buttons and beads. The best piece is a silver thimble with her initials engraved.
@@jankirschke7425 Put your name on a piece of tape and stick it on the bottom while no one is looking, lol. It’s how my granny let everyone know who got what!
"Tell Melissa I love her." I haven't laughed this much in days. Watching you navigate a way to the items you wanted through ALL those obstacles was impressive!
This makes me want to declutter more of my house so bad and I've already done a ton! Don't understand how people would leave so much work for their family members to deal with. Love of stuff is a sad thing.
As a vintage collector and vintage dealer myself, I LOVE when you come across vintage clothing. Those snakeskin boots were super cool! Cowboy boots are very in and I think a lot of people want a quality pair that won't fall apart, so vintage is a great option.
That Coleman lamp in the box marked 'old lamp' . . . the lamp it's self isn't all that rare or valuable without the glass shade, BUT the screen on it is! I've never seen one of those moth guards in the wild! they were designed and sold as an after market, not even sure if Coleman made and sold them or if they were done by someone else, to keep moths from flying into and breaking the mantles.
I truly admire your ability to cherry pick and be happy with what you find. I would want to have it all and go through it with a fine-toothed comb in case I overlooked something good. My fear of missing out would totally paralyse me from even starting if I was only allowed to cherry pick.
The Elvis book takes the phrase "coffee table book" to a whole new level. Add legs, and it could be a coffee table on it's own. 🤔😂 22:36 Perhaps the hat was in the lampshade for party use. That way, when drunk enough to wear the lampshde on one's head, the hat made it seem more logical. 😂😂 The box of coin rollers may well have been for use when the garage sales were happening to roll coins used in payment.
As soon as you picked up the Sen Sen I was flashed back to church with my grandma and great aunts. If anyone was getting sleepy or not paying attention they'd slip you a Sen Sen to perk you up. Pure licorice flavor in a tiny black speck
Alex, you should have made an offer on the whole hoard! These are the kind of videos that almost everybody loves and you could have had months worth of videos going through all that stuff. Thanks for sharing and I hope there are many more videos like this in the future!
I imagine that would be beyond his budget. There was so much., essentially a house full. Plus he has no place to put it all while waiting to go through it. No more store. I would bet Melissa would draw the line at that.
I'm not going to be the only one to say that it's wonderful to see Patrick again! Hello Patrick, hugs from Belgium, I remember you well from years ago. Welcome back!
I have the sewing box. I've had for 50 years and still perfect. I got it and a treadle singer when I was 16 out in Mission Beach in California. Its works still today. Love it.
Wheeeee!Whenever!! I love watching you and your , 'cohorts' going thru boxes in these , " hoarder~houses" Alex! I know it is a very challenging, time- consuming, nerve-wrackin g to sort, repack in an orderly fashion so you can put it up for sale at your handy-dandy online Auction House! We shall see you very soon Alex! Hope to, anyway! Take care everybody!! Peace to all....💜💙💜💙💜💙💜
So much paper rafting possibilities! Old cards, books, catalogs, patterns, paper, etc. And most of it will end up in the dumpster. There is a huge market for this stuff!
As always, love your channel, Alex. When you go through the boxes from this latest hoarder house, can you do us a favour? Maybe you can have a camera person helper or wear a GoPro head mount? It’s so painful to watch you go through treasures with one hand!🙂
I think people who deal with a hoarders house, especially when it’s a family members, get so overwhelmed they are just happy that people will take some of the hoard off their hands.I love seeing what people keep and all the little trinkets and treasures
That was absolutely awesome! I'd feel like a total niffler in there, and wouldn't wanna leave until I'd checked every box! I think it's awesome, the job you have/do. Good luck with switching the radiator! Can't wait for more unboxing, and picking video's. I've truly missed this. This really is the best kind of video to me, the constant surprise of "what's in the box....? " And also, it's a joy to hear you talk about all of it. Little bit about this, little bit about that... I'm dutch, and I had not seen a tulip lamp like that before! Awesome.
Great road trip to a treasure trove. Looking forward to seeing what hidden gems you picked up. Patrick was excellent help as you burrowed through the stacks. Hope the radiator change out goes well.
The sewing stuff had me drooling! The featherweight, toy sewing machine ("foreign!") and accordion sewing box with all its goodies would collectively fetch about $600 US where I live.
There's a lot of scrap. I would be in heaven going through all that stuff to get metal. Especially all that brass ..Even the garbage should be gone through.
I had a few of those red rose tea figures when I was a kid here in the UK, my grandparents would find them at antique stores and get them for me. I only found out about a month ago, about 30 years later, that they had anything to do with Canadian tea.
@Natalie Penna I sold a paper sack of those about 30 years ago for $5.00 us. That's before I knew they were collectable!! I think they're made by Wade Pottery and they sell them under that name on eBay.
I absolutely love those type of sewing boxes. I have inherited 2 of them so far and both were filled with treasures such as quality hand sewing needles in all types and sizes, 100% cotton and silk threads, vintage trims, quality sewing shears... I love when you do hoard videos and find so much treasure!
My favourite type of video you post as im quite nosey and love digging through stuff! Thank you! My mum has a sewing table like that one and im dead jealous. Looking forward to the unboxing video.
Enjoyed watching the Hoarders Part 1 lovely to see Patrick back hope he is doing well and see more of him .Happy Thanks Giving Alexander and your lovely family.🇬🇧
The vacuum demo was fun to watch, and how frustrated about the hall closet being full of stuff, lol! With all the empty stored boxes, one would think there is a treasure hidden somewhere yet to be discovered. Can tell the process has been a lot of work. It feels like Christmas to watch you open packages and boxes. Think a really good Boxing Day is in store! LOL!
The “traveling salt and pepper” is not what that was. That was a perfume bottle/smelling salts bottle. One end was smelling salts, the other was perfume. My mom collected those. Love you Alex!
Ngl, I love all the curiosity and collectibles videos and enjoying you uncovering your land but I'm always kinda hoping for more hoarder houses. I helped to clear one out many years ago and have always wondered if there would be a market for a service that specialises in that. I think it's also a reminder to me that there is a fine line between my tendency to want to collect things and me becoming a hoarder myself.
Another treasure hunt with Alexander AND PATRICK! So good to see Patrick after all this time.
Yes! What a lovely surprise seeing the lovely and talented Patrick again. I really enjoyed the music I heard of his.
This is the type of vlogs I love that you do - the exploring the hoarder house ones! It's good to see Patrick again and to know he has now moved closer to you so we might get to see more of him. Can't wait for the unboxing to come! Thank you Alex!
Me too!
Yay! Hoarder house and road trip with Patrick! What a great day!
It’s crazy to think that they are paying someone to clean out the house, when you would pay them to clean out the house LOL
Hope you manage to buy all the contents anyway, this looks like a good one!
Please buy the whole lot and let us see you go through it all! That’s my vote!
My eyes itch just watching you dig.
I would loved to have the double boiler with lid!
I was oddly thinking today that I wonder if Alex will do another hoarder house.
I thought this too yesterday, manifesto hey presto! Thanks Alex and hi Patrick!❤❤
I thought of the same thing!
Unfortunately, this isn't his hoarder house, but I'm sure glad that the person who IS doing it thought of him to sell some stuff. I love when he digs through things.
That has to be one of the neatest hoarder houses I have ever seen, but OH MY !! Love the doll carriage.
My children call me a hoarder. Funny though how they stop by to see if I happen to have this thing or that thing still. When I started taking care of our grandkids they sure loved playing with the old toys. Imagine that🤔

2 hrs south of Edmonton, has to be near Calary or Lethbridge, Medicine
Finding a sewing box like you found there that is filled with sewing accessories and things is my absolute dream.
Me, too! And a Featherweight, to boot.
My 97 year old mother has one in perfect condition. I’m going to ask her if I can have it after she passes. Well, I’ll have to ask her before 😉

I have and I'm so appreciative 🥰
It's really nice to have Patrick back.
Nice to see Patrick again!

I hope he bought them as I’d like to see them.
That’s what you call dedication! Making a tunnel to grab a vintage guitar! Lol

Pews are being used on porches in America 🇺🇸. Good find if Canadian people use them. Most paint them and add pillows. Very neat.
Aww Patrick seems like such a sweetheart 😊

Oh boy! Oh boy! Oh boy! Another hoarder house.👏👏👏
You gotta start wearing a GoPro camera so you can use both hands and go through more stuff for us! I love hoarder houses!
That was fun! Reminds me of when I first found you. Nice to see Patrick - what a handsome man with a wonderful smile (end of video)!
As soon as you picked up the Sen Sen I was flashed back to church with my grandma and great aunts. If anyone was getting sleepy or not paying attention they'd slip you a Sen Sen to perk you up. Pure licorice flavor in a tiny black speck
Wow!! I was hoping he bought the contents again, but it’ll be interesting to see all the neat treasures Alex finds! Welcome back Patrick!
PATRICK!!!!!!!🧡🧡🧡
Patrick is back in town!!!!!
How nice to see Patrick again.
There is nothing warmer or more pleasant than wearing fur.
The travel salt and pepper bottle is a perfume bottle
You should put the red retro radio with the steering wheel on your workbench in the garage. It would go perfect with your red cabinets.
Finally! Something besides cars! Enjoyed this so much. More like your old videos.
I was thinking the same thing. Not a fan of old cars at all. This was fun!
I thought it was just me! 😊

The red glass two ended bottle in the case is a combination perfume bottle and smelling salts. These are victorian.
So lovely to see Patrick again.
Thanks Alex and Patrick!

A hoarding house video is my absolute favorite 👍
Great video but my mind is blown knowing Johnny cash's daughter watches your videos. I love his music so much x
Welcome back, Patrick!
Great video! In a lot more order than your hoarder houses.
I loved the wood from Windsor Castle, I liked it the best out of your search…..but you probably have found a lot of treasures in that lot!!!

Also going to tell you to wear a mask in the basement!!!
That was fun Alex😊👍💖✌️
Be still my beating heart!! Patrick is back!! I'm so excited 😄
Shhh don't tell him I have a secret crush on him 🤫
Hi Patrick! It’s good to see you again!
I did visit Alberta finally during September, alas too late for a store visit, but I’ll still keep in touch!
The “traveling salt and pepper” is not what that was. That was a perfume bottle/smelling salts bottle. One end was smelling salts, the other was perfume. My mom collected those.

Just love foraging for treasures with you and Patrick 🙂
OMG that featherweight box looks pristine.
Great to see Patrick going along on the adventure! These are my favorite types of videos, excited to see more of what you find/found 😁
This brought back some happy memories. It's about time for you to get access to another hoarder house you can dig through on your own.
Hi Patrick! Nice to see you again! XXX
Love these road trips and hoarder house's.
Drooling over those rooms full of boxes, would be fun to dig there too.
I have one of those '57 Chevy VHS rewinders, in black. It belonged to my grandma and is a treasured keepsake that I still use sometimes.
I thought the radio that looked like the dashboard was so cool. That I would love and grab just to have. Classic.
I'm so saddened to hear that you no longer have the shop! After all your hard work!!!! ☹️☹️😢😢😢😢😢
What happened to the shop?
I love these kind of video’s because you see so many things that bring back memories when you were young. Too fun!
Patrick looks great!
Your adventurous spirit is always fun to watch =)
Thank you Patrick for shopping with Alex great finds
Really missed these type of videos Alex. These were always my favorites..how you show thing and talk about what things are worth.
