What I don't understand is, these videos are already 4 months old, and have been available to watch on the top gear website since last October. None of these are new, I'm not sure what's up with these staggered releases. I already watched this review.
I really wish they'd rethink their strategy here and put these Chris Harris videos on UA-cam in full. Yes, I get that they'd automatically lose 40% of their ad revenue to Google but surely they'd make up for that in sheer numbers and reach. And, lets face it, the TG brand has, wrongly in my view, taken a PR nose dive recently - having Chris Harris Drives TG branded videos on UA-cam for all to see would go a long way to rebuilding the battered TG brand. Is topgear.com behind a paywall for non uk residents? Is it subscription based? I can view it free of charge here, it's just that I don't. I'll never go out of my way visit their site, it's inconventient and their media player won't' cast to my TV. Honestly think they're missing a trick not putting the Harris videos on youtube in full.

i watched the segment on top gear website... seriously chris, that's your complaint? i always hesitate to buy a boxster (and ironically, i just purchased one used) because they're too precise, no low end power, and shift is too tall. coming from an m roadster owner, boxsters aren't as exciting. and how you said it's a bit blunt, feels a bit like m3/m4, and the controls are still precise, sounds like 718 is a car i've been waiting for from porsche.
