  • FIFA World Cup Soccer Jersey Hunt in Agadir, Morocco. Today we will visit a local market where we will do some shopping and also talk to some locals about the FIFA World Cup and if they think Morocco will win! Morocco beat Spain a few days ago, but this was filmed roughly two weeks ago before all of the madness started! If you enjoy the Market Spree videos or my other fake soccer jersey hunts then you will enjoy this one!

    Awwww that’s awesome the deaf man guided you to more shops and a tea shop! I work with deaf here in Cali, and when we meet deaf on our travels it’s always nice to know you can communicate by sign even though you don’t know the speaking language.

    Btw souk el had is not the largest only in Morocco but also in all of Africa
    7:32 those are called "Fes Hats" in english & also Turkish people call them that, in Arabic their called "Tarbouch" as the seller said, you can wear it with a suit or traditional clothes, they're popular in Turkey & Egypt as well but their origin is from the Moroccan city of Fes, that's the reason why Turkish ppl call them that, The Turkish (ottoman Empire) couldn't invade Morocco but they've been influenced by our fashion back then, so they integrated the "Tarbouch" into their fashion & clothing, so did some the countries who've been invaded by them (like Egypt)
    And btw u should try another type of traditional Moroccan clothes called "jabadour" most people sleep on it but it's an absolutely gorgeous peace of clothes, it's a 3 peace suit with a shirt, pand and a long jacket on top, all still very light and breezy with amazing Moroccan style patchings around the corners, i recommend getting it in another color than the "gandoura" u got,maybe white and blue or white and red, they both look great they're my favorites😁

    I love how you gave everyone some of your time and money,
    What you have bought did suit you just well, You look very good in the Gandoura and Tarbouch.

    Argan oil is expensive because it's only in the middle of morocco and nowhere else in the world and it is not "plantable". Also, these days due to climate changes and dry weather some argan trees start dying. So it becomes more rare thing. I hope you got the point and I really like the video. It was like 5 minutes.

    Salam the price on the dates is very different from what type dates it is. Usually I like the ones for 60 dirham pr kilo, they are more juicy and have more meat. The 40 dirham ones are little dryer and has less meat. But everything is what you prefer. Morocco eat a lot of dates specifically in Ramadan. But eating it all year around . Making cookies and different pastries also to consume for energy.

    Hi from Qatar! I would love to visit Morocco one day God willing these videos are amazing and are truly enjoyable to watch. Dates are very popular in the Middle East in fact they don't cause crazy blood sugar spikes even if you have them on an empty stomach they are rich in vitamins and minerals as well. The type of date you ate is called (Sukkari) but dates are called balah with a throaty h or timr depending on where you are from in the Middle East

  • @twelvea5204
    @twelvea5204 Рік тому

    Enjoyed my time on agadir but I found when you go to eat they have a menu for tourist and a menu for locals (different prices).
    Same happens when you go buy things like football shirts, u will get people nagging u and asking you to follow them to different shops where they make a cut or percentage of the sale. It’s all nice nice at the start but can get very tedious and I became fed up. Would be nice to see a local morrocon and see how much they pay for stuff.
