  • Chronic shoulder pain is a common problem, especially after surgery. I explain the resting and moving shoulder blade (scapula) landmarks that are commonly missed by many practitioners. If there are problems with how the shoulder blade is resting, then it is almost assured that there will be problems with shoulder blade movement which creates shoulder pain. I also explain how the rib cage can affect shoulder blade positioning and therefore function. I hope this helps!

I found you after waiting a bob & brad, who mentioned your book. I had SLAP repair +tenodesis surgery 8 years ago and have pain again. I was essentially blown off by my surgeon who said that the pain would work itself out. PT didn't help. Three years later and the pain is still there. Going to purchase your book and see if it helps!
