Rhubarb, White Chocolate and Ginger Cookies by Anna Jones

They’re a very moreish, butterscotch, fresh, chewy yet tender cookie. Really enjoyed! Plus super simple and no special equipment needed. Have you made them? What did you think?

I'm always so thrilled to see a new video of yours; thank you so much for making them! Would you recommend your Zwilling scale, particularly in the color you have? The white looks so lovely in your videos, and if you find the scale works well and is easy to use, I might get one too!

Aw that’s so nice, thank you! ❤️ The Zwilling scale is good - easy to clean and rechargeable (the main reason I got it). However it does ‘lag’ a little bit sometimes and can be a bit tricky with small measurements. I might have preferred my previous Salter scale - which was £10 (the Zwilling was pricier!). But it’s good not to replace batteries all the time 😅
