It's a nutritious vegan and sugar-free snack, which works well as pre-workout.
Perfect breakfast cookies, which are so easy to make!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup blended oats
1/4 cup rolled oats
a pinch of baking powder
a pinch of salt
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp blended flaxseed
3 tbsp coconut oil
stevia or honey
1 apple
1/3 cup of your favourite milk
Blend an apple with your favourite milk and mix it with all the dry ingredients. Let it sit, shape cookies, and bake in a preheated oven 350F (180C) for about 25-30 min or until golden brown. Let it cool and enjoy 😊
