    Andy has a really sick shoulder mobility, truly impressive and necessary for long term workout stability and progression and this really helps me, considering my shoulder pops easily.

    How many reps per session, how many sec or min rest, if I need to work on mass to become a bulk should I need to change the prog or live it and just do it?

      Andy Speer is pretty unconventional, but his results speak for themselves. He is scientifically sound.

      Senor weak left shoulder here. Take it from me kids, do this. Nothings worse then having to hold your arm to your chest, then using your other hand to relieve the pain from your shoulder during and after a workout.

    This guy reminds me of one of those crossfitter I hate seeing at the gym...

      Except that absolutely nothing he's talking about in this video has anything to do with Crossfit or their methodology.

    the legs tho

    • @cujobo
      @cujobo 8 років тому +5

      His legs are in good proportion to the rest of his body, actually. Especially considering he's a fairly tall guy.

      @Reaper5.56 Xx I don't think so, he's really ripped but not that huge, his legs looks symmetrical to his upper body.
