If you guys wanna stick 3 sets of 10 flat bench every Monday because I know most of you pros in the comments hit chest on Monday y'all go ahead. I like to shake things up from time to time.

      These comments are foolish. There are plenty of bulky/physically appealing men who are natural. Using injections means your workout is more efficient, not harder or less efficient. They're called PEDs for a reason, which is everyone's ENTIRE point. No shit taking injections doesnt just make muscle magically appear.
      I bet you guys defend women with fake asses saying "she still squats though" with that failed logic.

      lee priest said it best, on how do you build up physique - take a dumbbell or a barbell and lift heavy. as long as you progress long term, you are good. nowadays however, people have to earn living somehow, so you get thousands of fucks making up whatever useless over-complicated workout plans they can feed the public. and the public buys happily, insecurities and image disorders will make you try both, the 30s rest version as well as the 40s rest version.

      Arnold press also destroys my shoulders as well, so I feel its holding a heavy weight with the awkward grip and pushing up and down, probably messes with my rotator cuffs but oh well

    • @dudeofrude
      @dudeofrude 7 років тому +7

      All decline movements ruin my shoulders so I try to avoid them. This is a great workout but you don't need to copy it exactly to get good results.
      What you should take from this is the intensity and rep/set numbers then just replace the exercises with what works for you.
      Whether you do decline reverse grip or standard bench, only having 30 secs rest and doing 10 sets of 3 will still give your chest a thorough beasting.
      I've adopted this style of training for all my workouts and the results are great!

    decline bench and reverse grip are very dangerous on their own without ever combining them.
    There are too many people that has torn their shoulders doing even medium weight to say it's worth even doing.
    I imagine he's juicing to allow enough recovery to do all this..but besides those two aforementioned work outs.. there is a lot of GREAT content here.
    Take it for what it is..

    I usually just finish the set and either load more weight or unload weight then hop back on the machine/bench and start going. So max 30 seconds more like 20 though I would say.

    Hi Craig, this is nice video. But how to actually get rid of lower chest fat? What is the best workout for beginner like me?
